haniwa56This sake was recommended to me at a liquor store and I was curious about it. I bought it this time. When I opened the bottle, I felt a pop of gas. It is fragrant, fruity, and dry. We compared the top clear and orikarami for tasting, the chilled arikarami, and the chilled Sakura Hanabukiyuki that we opened yesterday 😀.
There is not a big difference in taste between the top clear and the orihara 😀.
If anything, the ogara-mi is more fruity 😇.
As for the taste comparison with Sakura Hanabukisuki, Sakura has a better sweetness in the mouth, but Sakura has a stronger sweetness when it rolls around in the mouth 🤣.
As a result, I prefer the Sakura Hanabukiyuki and the wife prefers the Sakura Ohanami.

First of all, we carefully opened the bottle 😀.
Very quiet opening 🤣.
For tasting, we compared the top clear and the orihara with the chilled ones 😇.
There is no extreme difference in taste between the supernatant, the orihara and the chilled version 🌸.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the spring-like fruity taste spreads out, but then the firm acidity and spiciness come in and it clears up nicely 😀 It is a very drinkable sake, but it is very easy to finish.
It is a very easy to drink sake, but after finishing it, I found it to be a gentle pink in color, but it was a sake that did not interfere with the meal, with a more robust dryness than it looked 🌸.

Continuing from yesterday's map-filling for the second round of Japan, I decided to go with Hiroshima Prefecture 😀.
I was attracted by the blue label, even though spring sake is usually pink or red... and the label with a beautiful flower floating on it that reminded me of Monet's water lotus 🤣.
The taste was very different from the label 😅.
It was drier than the Spring Sake by Drunken Whale that I opened yesterday😅.
However, it has a fruitiness that is typical of spring sake beyond the dryness, so I thought it would be a good food sake as well 😀.
Of course, this is my first time drinking Tenpouichi, and if it wasn't for this label, I probably wouldn't be drinking this sake, so it was a new discovery for me 😇 boukenGood evening, Yasube!

It's been about 60 years ago, but Gamera was the first monster movie I ever saw 😇.
After that, when I watched Godzilla, I thought about which would be stronger if two of Gamera and Godzilla fought, and I seriously wanted to see a movie where the two fight someday... I didn't know that it would never be possible due to adult reasons 🤣.
Kamikame is definitely a heated sake 😀.
I tasted it at room temperature, but everything in the sake jumped into my mouth at once and I can't describe the taste with chan 🤣.
I heated it all the way up to 55 degrees Celsius, but as the temperature went up, I was able to savor it more slowly and it became a delicious sake 😀.
I then lowered the temperature by 5 degrees and compared the taste.
The fact that you can compare the taste at different temperatures is the beauty of Gamera 😀.

I thought Gobashi was pretty sweet too... but the kijoshu was sweeter than that 🤣.

I love the concept of Sengoku and this sake was chosen for the second Nigorinpik 😀.
We compared the supernatant and the ori-tartered version and both are delicious 😀!
The ori-tagashi is more fruity, but both sakes have a hint of Sentori first 😀.
I think it's because of the assemblage, the various tastes are mixed together in a good way and the core taste of Sengoku brings it all together 😀.

Sentori is a wonderful brewery, not only for its taste, but also for its challenge of new matching and support 😀. haniwa56Purchased at Imanaka Sake Shop. This is a nama-zake available at Banshu Issen at this time of the year. When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice popping sound. The aroma is not much, but it smells like melon. It is medium-bodied in the mouth. It has the umami of rice. After a little while, the spiciness comes and it goes down your throat in a dry taste. I drank it with motsu nabe (a hot pot of fish and vegetables), but I felt it didn't go well with it. But when I drank it with some salted squid that was on the side, it went very well with it (laugh).
It was delicious again today. ヤスベェI managed to finish work early for the three-day weekend, so I called up Kaorin and went to the starry sky stand at Namba Parks 😀.
I was told that there were quite a lot of people there yesterday, so I went at 3pm when the event was about to start and was able to enjoy the sake without incident 😀.
We had Tobiroki special junmai, Hakurakusei special junmai, Yokoyama Princess Michiko, and Honorikegetsu pink nigori...all sake is delicious outside ❤️

We compared it with the previously opened Sanchi no Gononozo and Shinsei no Sanchi (Earth) 😀.
The Cosmos has a flowery aroma that smells like a flower when you put your mouth close to the sake 😀.
The taste is not as sake-like as Earth and easy to drink, but the flowery aroma is just amazing 😳.

I did the Fushimi sake comparison last spring when I hadn't had much sake yet, but I was going to go and see if I had grown up a bit after a year of drinking 😅. haniwa56Purchased at Imanaka Sake Shop. It is a new sake with a gaseous taste and, as is typical of Katanozakura, it has a slightly acidic taste and is clean and dry. I sometimes want to drink this kind of sake. It is perfect for today. I had this sake at a sake event and loved it. It does not disappoint. We had it with everyone after New Year's.

Senkou Ippou... it was a delicious sake 😀.
Fruity yet clear 😀.

As expected from Tsuru no Issho... I couldn't help but take a sip and shut up 😀.

As for me, I felt the core of the flavor was clear and refreshing while it was firm, sweet and fruity 😀. 
ヤスベェFor my second bottle this year, I chose a red from the New Year red and white drinking contest...LOVE PLNK from Chiebijin 😀.
At first I was thinking of Ine Mankai, but it was too sweet after drinking it in summer 😅.
This sake is said to be made with red malted rice, but when I took a sip, it was so delicious and strawberry-like that I thought it might be a strawberry sake 😀.

This year, we had a sake red and white party at my wife's parents' house (although we just moved and moved up one floor in the same apartment) while having a New Year's dinner together 😀.
The white sake was Katsuyama's Shoryu Senzui 😀.
I chose this sake because it is the year of the dragon and because it has a lot of pure gold powder dancing on it 😀.
But I didn't think much of it from the jacket, but I was surprised at how fruity and delicious it was 😳!
