This is the first in a series that I've been meaning to drink, but haven't gotten around to it. I decided to buy it now that I have room in my refrigerator.
This intense aroma...is it melon🍈? And I lose confidence in my taste buds.... I think this is The lactic acid type aroma, like yogurt or Yakult.... Whatever the case may be, I like the aroma. The gasiness is weak.
Both sweet and sour are quite strong and stimulating.
In the latter half, the bitterness and harshness come in a gusto, and the bitterness lingers as a lingering aftertaste.
A unique and interesting sake. It is fun to drink. I must try other varieties in the future!
