It's an Aki-agari brewed with Shiga Prefecture's Tamakae 🎵.

The aroma is calm and serene.
The first sip is a refreshingly crisp and easy-to-drink bottle, with a softly spreading umami flavor that is joined by an incoming acidity 😋.
I think this one from Shiga and Tochigi was Pon-chan's first bottle 🤔.
By the way, the Saturday after my first LRT ride, we went to Ichikawa for Jay's sister's 60th birthday celebration 🎉🤗.
A fun celebration 🥂 with 4 of us at an Italian restaurant 🇮🇹 that my daughter arranged.
My sister is running a computer class by herself with such vitality and youthfulness that I can't believe she has turned 60 😄 She is also taking care of my dad, and I admire her a lot even though she is my sister 😌.

ことりSanndo Gonohyori purchased around June.
"Kikuchi River basin homogenous brewing," "raw material brewing," "wooden vat brewing," "no fertilizer," "no pesticides.
The brewery's name is "Nama-Moto-Suzukuri," "Wooden Oke Brewing," "No Fertilizer," "No Pesticides..." and so on.
It has a faint scent of lactic acidity, a mild yet pleasant taste of melon, melon melon, or melon melon. The fruity aroma reminds us of green fruits such as melon and melon, and fresh bitterness like green mandarin oranges. The combination of sweetness and fruitiness gives the wine a greefy nuance. The luxurious taste that spreads behind the slightly carbonated and sharp acidity is enchanting.

As you can see in the 3rd picture, the price of Jyushiyo was 680 yen for the first bottle, which is a very reasonable price for drinking outside!

I happened to be at the store when it opened and was surprised to see a lot of cars parked there 😳.
I wondered what was going on, but it turned out that it was the day for the release of the new version of San-Do 😅I entered the store without knowing anything 😅It was a bit expensive, but I went with the flow and got it automatically 👍.
I let it sit for a while, but opened it to celebrate the end of the losing streak of the Angels 🅰️ 😁.
We, the birthplace, are on our third bottle! Now let's have it 😋.
The taste is different from the previous two bottles!
We were both talking about how the acidity has been added and it's drier 🤗, but it's delicious and we killed it instantly 😋.
But when we looked at the empty bottle ❗️, it was the same as the two bottles we drank before ⁉️

The top aroma is slightly tropical...banana or lychee? Fruity ginjo aroma. The quality of the sake is light, with a little gas and a light, clear sweetness.
Later, umami spreads to the palate, with a slight bitterness and minerality, and a medium to slightly dry, refreshing finish.
It was good for a hot evening drink 😋.

I've been a bit busy with the Shinshu Sake Festival and I've been a bit out of it 💦.
Even though I was busy and soul-less, I was still drinking 😆.
So I wanted to get the Shinshu Sake Festival up as soon as possible, so I'm going to start with the sake that I didn't get around to updating 🤗.
First up is a sake from the Shinsei Colors that I hadn't tried yet: ❗️
I got it with Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery's Sansho 🎉.
I thought, "Let's go for a light and tasty one! So, this is the one that was chosen. I opened it without thinking about Shinsei Day or anything 😅.
It's sweet, sour, and delicious 😳Yes, it's definitely delicious😄.
It has a slight bitterness, but it's very easy to drink with low alcohol content, so it was very easy to enjoy 😋. MantaJay & Nobby Good evening ^ ^.

It's hard to describe the taste, but I'll settle for delicious 😋 as a result 😆. ことりClear, slightly effervescent, pleasantly fruity with a hint of gas, softly banana-scented, fruity, with a touch of citrus acidity, refreshing, low-alcohol, slightly sweet, reminiscent of banana-flavored Fanta, another sake so light and easy to drink you'd wonder if it was sake 🥰 I want to drink it again.
Polishing ratio: 50% Akaban Omachi
Kake rice: 60% Hachitan-Nishiki

Tokujun 13 Yumachi. It looks like something easy to drink.
Kamo Kanehide. I like the regular Jungin Yumachi. ことりHi SUGI, ☺️ It was very easy to drink. It might have been closer to a fine banana flavored cider 🫧 According to the brewery's website, Junmai Daiginjo 35 was served at the working lunch of the G7 Hiroshima Summit 🤔.
