"Kikuchi River basin homogenous brewing," "raw material brewing," "wooden vat brewing," "no fertilizer," "no pesticides.
The brewery's name is "Nama-Moto-Suzukuri," "Wooden Oke Brewing," "No Fertilizer," "No Pesticides..." and so on.
It has a faint scent of lactic acidity, a mild yet pleasant taste of melon, melon melon, or melon melon. The fruity aroma reminds us of green fruits such as melon and melon, and fresh bitterness like green mandarin oranges. The combination of sweetness and fruitiness gives the wine a greefy nuance. The top aroma is slightly tropical...banana or lychee? Fruity ginjo aroma. The quality of the sake is light, with a little gas and a light, clear sweetness.

I was about to open the bottle without paying any attention to it, when the lid made a huge noise and flew off with a pop‼️, and somehow my finger ended up in the bottle... I think I was unconsciously holding the lid with my finger and struck out😅.

I've been a bit busy with the Shinshu Sake Festival and I've been a bit out of it 💦.
Even though I was busy and soul-less, I was still drinking 😆.
So I wanted to get the Shinshu Sake Festival up as soon as possible, so I'm going to start with the sake that I didn't get around to updating 🤗.
First up is a sake from the Shinsei Colors that I hadn't tried yet: ❗️
I got it with Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery's Sansho 🎉.
I thought, "Let's go for a light and tasty one! So, this is the one that was chosen. I opened it without thinking about Shinsei Day or anything 😅.
It's sweet, sour, and delicious 😳Yes, it's definitely delicious😄.
It has a slight bitterness, but it's very easy to drink with low alcohol content, so it was very easy to enjoy 😋. MantaJay & Nobby Good evening ^ ^.

It's hard to describe the taste, but I'll settle for delicious 😋 as a result 😆. ことりClear, slightly effervescent, pleasantly fruity with a hint of gas, softly banana-scented, fruity, with a touch of citrus acidity, refreshing, low-alcohol, slightly sweet, reminiscent of banana-flavored Fanta, another sake so light and easy to drink you'd wonder if it was sake 🥰 I want to drink it again.
Polishing ratio: 50% Akaban Omachi
Kake rice: 60% Hachitan-Nishiki
