Tsubu-chan and Jay & Noby, the leaders of the SAKEWA Tochigi Kenmin Kai, have been raising their production recently........
The type and date of production are different, but the April bottle was on its way, so we opened it.
The fizz was good, and the cork popped vigorously ❗️
First of all, this aroma wafted through the air... (*´∇`*)
The gentle lactic acidity, the sweet aroma reminiscent of pear and tropical fruits, and the thickened, champagne-like bubbles... The complex layered flavors are enchanting... 🥰.
Ninonozo (Kikuchi River Basin/Kamamoto)
Yeast: Kumamoto No. 9 yeast
Alcohol content: 13%.
Lunch at Jollipa😋.

Hi Kotori 😃
I'm not towing it by choice, I'm getting a boost from you guys 😆.
We're lucky to have easy access to the producing soil ✌️ I'd appreciate it if it were a bit cheaper 😅.
