The top aroma is slightly tropical...banana or lychee? Fruity ginjo aroma. The quality of the sake is light, with a little gas and a light, clear sweetness.
Later, umami spreads to the palate, with a slight bitterness and minerality, and a medium to slightly dry, refreshing finish.
It was good for a hot evening drink 😋.
