This is my first time at Eikoufuji. Many of the reviews say that it is a little too light, but it is sweet and tasty enough for my liking. It has a sharpness like a summer sake, and I can drink it as much as I want. It is delicious.

A new bottle of San-do was opened. It has a strong effervescence and a sweet-tart mouthfeel that is typical of San-do. The acidity is more pronounced than Yamadanishiki and Hozu, and the balance is better. Very tasty.
