Aramasa亜麻猫スパーク
むぅぅうIt is sparkling but very natural with no unpleasant fizziness. The taste is dry like a regular Flax Cat, but with the excellent depth of a sake brewed from the original yeast. Delicious.
It tastes better on the tenth sip than on the first sip!
A wonderful sake that gets better the more you drink it 🍶.
