The weekend before last, I visited YJ Sake Shop to see if they had any Jikin nigori! Unfortunately, they didn't have any 😢.
But I didn't want to leave without buying anything, so I took Nozomu-san, who I saw 🤗.
It's an Aki-agari brewed with Shiga Prefecture's Tamakae 🎵.

The aroma is calm and serene.
The first sip is a refreshingly crisp and easy-to-drink bottle, with a softly spreading umami flavor that is joined by an incoming acidity 😋.
I think this one from Shiga and Tochigi was Pon-chan's first bottle 🤔.
By the way, the Saturday after my first LRT ride, we went to Ichikawa for Jay's sister's 60th birthday celebration 🎉🤗.
A fun celebration 🥂 with 4 of us at an Italian restaurant 🇮🇹 that my daughter arranged.
My sister is running a computer class by herself with such vitality and youthfulness that I can't believe she has turned 60 😄 She is also taking care of my dad, and I admire her a lot even though she is my sister 😌.
I hope she will always be in good health 🥹.
