After taking a good rest day from Monday to Wednesday, I decided not to drink on Friday because I had plans to go out early in the morning on ☺️ Saturday, so I decided to open a good bottle of sake on Thursday! I decided not to drink on Friday, so let's open a good bottle of sake on Thursday!
So we decided to have a good drink on Thursday 🤗 and the drink of choice was Sansho-san ‼️, which we hadn't had in about a year and a half 🎵 The last time we had it was for Nobby's shingles recovery celebration 😄.
I was about to open the bottle without paying any attention to it, when the lid made a huge noise and flew off with a pop‼️, and somehow my finger ended up in the bottle... I think I was unconsciously holding the lid with my finger and struck out😅.
Cheers 🥂 to Riedel glasses for the first time in a while.

I've been a bit busy with the Shinshu Sake Festival and I've been a bit out of it 💦.
Even though I was busy and soul-less, I was still drinking 😆.
So I wanted to get the Shinshu Sake Festival up as soon as possible, so I'm going to start with the sake that I didn't get around to updating 🤗.
First up is a sake from the Shinsei Colors that I hadn't tried yet: ❗️
I got it with Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery's Sansho 🎉.
I thought, "Let's go for a light and tasty one! So, this is the one that was chosen. I opened it without thinking about Shinsei Day or anything 😅.
It's sweet, sour, and delicious 😳Yes, it's definitely delicious😄.
It has a slight bitterness, but it's very easy to drink with low alcohol content, so it was very easy to enjoy 😋. MantaJay & Nobby Good evening ^ ^.

It's hard to describe the taste, but I'll settle for delicious 😋 as a result 😆. ことりClear, slightly effervescent, pleasantly fruity with a hint of gas, softly banana-scented, fruity, with a touch of citrus acidity, refreshing, low-alcohol, slightly sweet, reminiscent of banana-flavored Fanta, another sake so light and easy to drink you'd wonder if it was sake 🥰 I want to drink it again.
Polishing ratio: 50% Akaban Omachi
Kake rice: 60% Hachitan-Nishiki
Alcohol content: 13% (undiluted) sugiGood evening, Kotori-san.
Tokujun 13 Yumachi. It looks like something easy to drink.
Kamo Kanehide. I like the regular Jungin Yumachi. ことりHi SUGI, ☺️ It was very easy to drink. It might have been closer to a fine banana flavored cider 🫧 According to the brewery's website, Junmai Daiginjo 35 was served at the working lunch of the G7 Hiroshima Summit 🤔.

I don't play golf, but the sales person recommended that it is a golf term for the last 9 holes on Sunday (the last day of the tournament) and means "the sake of victory" 🤔.
The aroma is mild and soft, with a gentle sweetness and umami, followed by a hint of apricot acidity, bitterness, and a touch of astringency. It is medium to slightly dry.
The brewer's recommended dish was red clam sashimi, but we enjoyed it with grilled clams, sashimi, etc. ☺️

The nigori festival is over and I wanted to have some refreshing sake 🍶, so I searched the fridge 🔎.
From the forest of sake bottles that occupy most of the middle section of our refrigerator, Isohajime-san was selected 😊 There are 12 bottles now!
The third picture shows the current fridge situation😅 If no one complains, this is how we use the fridge 😆.
I had had Isohajime-san for a drink outside about a year ago, but this is my first time drinking it at home ❗️.
It comes in a box but the price is reasonable👍
The bottle and the label give it a kind of elegance.
But the aroma is fruity and sweet 😌.
Take a sip and yeah❗️it's refreshing and gorgeous✨but there's also a hint of sweetness that I can feel, beautiful taste is the perfect way to describe it 😊.

After finishing the Yonotori, I thought about what to go next, but decided not to get caught up in anything and just enjoy a good drink now 🤔, so I went to Jikin-san 😊.
Well, the fresh aroma confirmed that it was already delicious!
When you take a sip, there is a nice sourness, followed by a sweetness that spreads quickly. Nobby seemed to find it more bitter than sour, but it also goes down your throat well 😌.
It's not too sweet, but it's refreshing, and the balance between the umami and acidity is the strongest!

It's a limited edition sake brewed with Miyagi F yeast and a new variety of sake rice called "Gin no Iroha" debuting in 2020!
The label is beautiful and austere👍.
The aroma is subtle and nice!
The clear water color is evident in the sip, and the taste is clean, straightforward, and goes down smoothly 😌.
The acidity and sweetness are also low, so it is a well-balanced wine.
I've been drinking good sake on its own recently, so I honestly don't have any special characteristics, but I think it's a delicious sake as a food sake 😊(though I drank it right away😆).
