I was in Hiroshima for work on my birthday, so my partner took me to Maecin's mecca 💕Sakeiki Daigo on the weekend after I got back 😀 It's been a year since I've been here 😛.
It's been a year since I've visited 😚The toast was Shinsei, which was recently featured in Sake no Wa 😘.

The all-you-can-drink course on Aug. 20 ended with a Jyushidai Extra Daiginjo.

We had a bottle of Jikin Senbon Nishiki 😀.
The aroma was mildly sweet and refreshing 😚The mouthfeel was slightly smooth with a good balance of slightly sweet-juicy and sour 😊The aftertaste was clean 🤔I knew it was Jikin 🥰.

We had Oze no Yukidoke no Hiyayogoroshi 😀.
By this time, my memory is not so clear, but the aroma was mild 😚 and when I drank it, it had a fruity sweetness and gentle acidity😊It had almost no bitterness or pungency and was cut by a beautiful umami 🤣It was definitely a delicious sake 🥰. うまいうまいMaechen, good evening🌠.

I had a bottle of Niimasa Nirugame 😀.
I think it was very refreshing despite the low rice polishing 😚 It had a dark umami and sweetness, and the aftertaste was delicious with the acidity typical of Shinsei 😊. うまうまセブンIn short, is it like happoshu against beer❓ うまうまセブンThe last stage of the "Hiyoroshi" (three kinds of sake) season.
The oddballs are also a treat.

It was the first kijo sake I had ever tasted, so I was expecting it to be quite sweet 🍶´- The aroma was fruity 😚 mango? It tasted like a fruit 😚 like a mango 😊It was a delicious sake, not too sweet and easy to drink 🥰. ＠水橋Good evening, Maecin-san ^ ^
