I think Shinomine's dryness is better than Omachi's flavor. I thought it would be more of a classic, but like most modern sakes these days, it was very easy to drink. たくパパOn the way home from a concert, my family and I stopped by a sake store.
The waiter recommended this sake when I told him I wanted a dry, crisp sake without specifying the brand.
It was indeed dry, but with a modern feel, and was rather well received by my wife and son. I enjoyed it very much. まえちん(-̀ᴗ-)و ̑̑✧🍶🍶🍶🍶

We were served a local sake from the Naohiko Noguchi Institute 😀 It's a very expensive sake even if you're local, so it's not easy to get your hands on it 😎It was my first time 😋.
The aroma smells like a strong style liquor 😚 A little bit fizzy in the mouth? 🤔 After that, it has a robust flavor of rice 🌾😊It has no weird yamahai feeling and is delicious without any peculiarities 🥳.

My partner found Mutsu Hachisen Doburokku 👀 and we had it right away 😀.
The aroma is gorgeous with a hint of acidity 😚 When you take it in your mouth, the nigori content spreads in your mouth with carbon dioxide gas 😊 The gas is strong but not harsh, it has just the right amount of nigori and a creamy, squashy feeling 🥰 This nigori sake is refreshing to drink in the hot summer 🥳. ゆかちんMaechen-san, how much did you drink ⁉️21 you mean you drank all kinds of drinks, right? I haven't had Kudokidote's Jr. Wonder Girl in a while, which stood out with its colorful label in the fridge 😀.
It has a gorgeous aroma that is typical of Kudokidokute 😊It is smooth and fruity on the palate, with a flashy flavor that fills the mouth 😚.
