GW: A Day of Sake Activities, Part 2 (1)
The next day after relaxing at the hot spring with an invitation from my father-in-law, I left the inn and went to my in-laws' house, and then my wife said, "Why don't you go out for a drink after dinner and a bath? So I went to a restaurant in Kanazawa, which I had wanted to go to for a long time, and went out for a drink right around the time the restaurant opened.
I arrived at the Kanazawa branch of "Sake-Drunk Daigo", which is often mentioned in the posts of "@Mizuhashi" and "Mae-Chin", and was shocked to find that they offer unlimited drinking of alcohol, beer, and soft drinks for 2 hours for 4,500 yen (0.5 gou).
Now, which one do you want to drink? I looked at the brands on the drink menu and saw that I had never drunk any of them 😁, then I found this brand among them and had a drink 🍶.
GOLD Hitomi.
Sweet, fruity, mellow aroma, fruity sweetness, sizzling umami, sourness, and complex taste that changes one after another, then finishes with a refreshing yet deep aftertaste.
I was quite surprised when I found the "Sagami" on the regular menu, and was asked which Sagami I would like to try. I didn't expect to see five different kinds of sake on the counter 💦.
It was like a dream come true to be able to drink the sake I've always wanted and even more so to be able to drink the limited edition brew that comes only once every 4 years✨.
And the rest of the sake I've been wishing for 😆.

Ishikawa's sake was very fine, but most of Fukui and Toyama's sake was from famous breweries, not so much from minor ones 😅.
In Fukui, Mamamoto near Fukui station has all the local sake you can drink!

I didn't have much time, so I didn't choose the all-you-can-drink plan, but if you are serious about drinking, I recommend the all-you-can-drink plan.
The drinks you can drink change depending on the plan, but it's totally different from the all-you-can-drink plan around here 😂I highly recommend you to go there if you come to Kanazawa because you can drink various kinds of sake from all over the country!

The last time it was Aizan, so this time it is Oka Macho, a fusion of Aizan 40 with 60% Omachi. 80% polished rice, which brings the rice-umami to the forefront. The last of the Daigo-kai was Macho Woman raw, which I have always wanted to try but somehow never had the courage to buy. It is 80% Aizan, low-pasteurized. The richness of the taste makes the best use of Aizan's goodness! It also has a bitter taste. I am glad I drank it!
