I was looking for a place to have dinner with a company member who came from Tokyo on a business trip and ended up going to Daigo because it was open. This restaurant has a large selection of Japanese sake. This time, I chose something easy to drink to make my partner understand the goodness of sake. The third drink was "Sharaku". This is also a stable taste, isn't it? Delicious 😋.

It's been a while since I enjoyed sake at a good sake restaurant. I didn't have much time, so I didn't choose the all-you-can-drink plan, but if you are serious about drinking, I recommend the all-you-can-drink plan. The drinks you can drink change depending on the plan, but it's totally different from the all-you-can-drink plan around here 😂I highly recommend you to go there if you come to Kanazawa because you can drink various kinds of sake from all over the country! I don't need to explain about Jikin, do I?

What's the final touch? What a great sake cup to recommend. The "Macho" series. The last time it was Aizan, so this time it is Oka Macho, a fusion of Aizan 40 with 60% Omachi. 80% polished rice, which brings the rice-umami to the forefront. In the old days, it must have been very difficult to reduce the rice by 20%. I bow down to the hard work of our ancestors. Next time, I would like to try King Yamada Nishiki.

This is how it came to be, Houou Mita, and it's a special Aizan. There is nothing but deliciousness. It was nothing but a gem. After all, when it comes to Aizan, it is Houou Mita. It is gorgeous and sweet, but it is also very sharp. I think it is like that. The first place in Tochigi went to Mita, didn't it? I thought it was Sengoku. Tochigi is also in a fierce competition. Both are delicious, though.

The last of the Daigo-kai was Macho Woman raw, which I have always wanted to try but somehow never had the courage to buy. It is 80% Aizan, low-pasteurized. The richness of the taste makes the best use of Aizan's goodness! It also has a bitter taste. I am glad I drank it!

With a sake-loving friend. A famous local sake store. Shinshu's Ding, which I am always curious about. The Junmai Ginjo, made from 55% contract-cultivated rice polished to perfection, had a mild aroma, but was a delicious sake with plenty of sweetness and flavor and a little bitterness.

On the way home from a concert, my family and I stopped by a sake store. The waiter recommended this sake when I told him I wanted a dry, crisp sake without specifying the brand. It was indeed dry, but with a modern feel, and was rather well received by my wife and son. I enjoyed it very much.
