It's been a while since I enjoyed sake at a good sake restaurant.
I didn't have much time, so I didn't choose the all-you-can-drink plan, but if you are serious about drinking, I recommend the all-you-can-drink plan.
The drinks you can drink change depending on the plan, but it's totally different from the all-you-can-drink plan around here 😂I highly recommend you to go there if you come to Kanazawa because you can drink various kinds of sake from all over the country!

What's the final touch? What a great sake cup to recommend. The "Macho" series. The last time it was Aizan, so this time it is Oka Macho, a fusion of Aizan 40 with 60% Omachi. 80% polished rice, which brings the rice-umami to the forefront. In the old days, it must have been very difficult to reduce the rice by 20%. I bow down to the hard work of our ancestors. Next time, I would like to try King Yamada Nishiki.

We were served a local sake from the Naohiko Noguchi Institute 😀 It's a very expensive sake even if you're local, so it's not easy to get your hands on it 😎It was my first time 😋.
The aroma smells like a strong style liquor 😚 A little bit fizzy in the mouth? 🤔 After that, it has a robust flavor of rice 🌾😊It has no weird yamahai feeling and is delicious without any peculiarities 🥳.
The 4th one is ramen at Shirasagi next to Daigo 🍜😍It was a happy birthday party 😘Thanks to my partner 🙏.

My partner found Mutsu Hachisen Doburokku 👀 and we had it right away 😀.
The aroma is gorgeous with a hint of acidity 😚 When you take it in your mouth, the nigori content spreads in your mouth with carbon dioxide gas 😊 The gas is strong but not harsh, it has just the right amount of nigori and a creamy, squashy feeling 🥰 This nigori sake is refreshing to drink in the hot summer 🥳.
