I saw 👀 the White of Imi in the fridge, so I drank it 😀.
The aroma is like some kind of sweet fruit 😊 In the mouth, you get a weak gasiness and then a strong sweetness❤ 😚 The aftertaste is refreshing with a sourness and a slight bitterness and sharpness that makes it a delicious drink 😘.
It was nice to drink this precious sake from the smallest sake brewery in Japan 🥳.
