Sake purchased at Kaze no Mori WEEKS in Shinsaibashi on 9/22, limited to the venue. The aroma is slightly sour and strawberry-like. It also has a hint of strawberry🍓. Refreshing gasiness and soft mouthfeel that is typical of Kaze no Mori. The slight sourness and moderate sweetness make it very easy to drink and delicious! This is my first Kaze no Mori made with Yamada Nishiki. I felt it had a strong flavor. Especially the aftertaste of rice and a hint of bitterness gives it a lingering and satisfying aftertaste! It is also delicious to take a bite of dessert cheese while feeling the aftertaste!
