Shichiken嵆康 純米吟醸生酒
くるま麩
Purchased at a brewery in Hokuto City on 4/28
This is my first time to post a Yamanashi sake, but the second time to drink Shichiken itself!
This time it was the Junmai Ginjo "Takayasu" from the seven types of Namazake sake named "Takebayashi no Shichiken" available only at the direct sales store.
The lively mouthfeel, which is typical of nama-shu, is fruity and has a refreshing sweet and sour taste. ✨️
The second half has a calm impression with acidity and a slight bitterness, and the smooth texture on the tongue makes it easy to drink with a good aftertaste.
The introduction recommended it as a food sake, and it was indeed enjoyable, with moderate acidity and sweetness, but with a calm and refreshing aftertaste!
