I chose a sake that would not overwhelm my refrigerator with a 10,000 yen purchase of a conditional sale to get the Hanayo. I knew Matsumoto was good, but was it thin compared to the other Morichiri I bought? I felt it was a bit dry.

The last time I bought a bottle of Sairai at the same liquor store, it was so delicious that I bought a bottle without hesitation. It was so delicious that I lost half of the bottle at once. I'm so glad I got a bottle. The store owner said that the price might go up next year, but I still want to drink this sake ^_^.

Since the weather is getting warmer, this is the second bottle of Tasake for the spring sake ministry. The last special junmai was a classic, but this is a quintessential spring sake. It was fresh, juicy, and delicious.

A sake buddy (colleague) who often goes to Shinshu for snowboarding kept recommending Kurosawa Usunigori. The ranking is not that high, but no way! I found it at a liquor store in the ward ‼︎and it was inexpensive ‼︎I started with the No. 4 bottle for a trial. It's a delicious ‼︎I really like the taste of the lactic acid type. I know it says the flavor changes over time, but I finished it in 2 days. The taste for this price is too cosy for the ministry and I will definitely go back to buy more ministry.

A small liquor store I stumbled upon while taking a walk. There is a famous store with the same name, but it does not seem to be related. However, it was a good liquor store with a good selection of trendy items. The first spring sake of the season I found there. Yamamoto Uki Uki ministry. My son is the only one in the house, but we opened the bottle on Hinamatsuri Day. It's low in alcohol content, so it's light, but it's also very tasty and delicious!

A little while ago, but it was full, my wife's third Valentine's Day bottle! God's liquor! First time at Naohiko Noguchi Institute ministry. The first sip had a strong classic feel, perhaps due to too high expectations, and almost revived my dislike of sake. However, I took my time to taste it to further explore the depth of sake. The ministry is delicious! I can't explain in detail, but it's delicious. I was reminded of the depth of sake.

I've recently discovered the appeal of dry sake, so this was my wife's second Valentine's Day bottle. It has a high sake content of +20, and it's full of flavor, but it has a delicious rice flavor and a crisp finish. It was delicious.

I went to GINN in Ginza, aiming for the Shinshu Kameari. Unfortunately, they were sold out the other day. The owner told me a lot about it, and I got a bottle of the local sake of snowboarder Hirano. My wife bought me two other bottles as a valentine ^_^. The taste was light, crisp, and well balanced. It's delicious and goes well with any meal.

On my way back from a liquor store tour, I happened to find a liquor store on Kappa Bridge. Masuhiro-san. They have a wide selection and the clerk was very helpful. I can't afford the Hanayo-yoku in Saitama, but I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.
