This was my second bottle of Fuyu-no-Tsuki at my usual Handa Sake Shop, as it was delicious. The full moon label was a lucky draw and I missed it.
They're going to release a Junmai Daiginjo soon.
I definitely want to try it!

It's just too unconventional. It's good, though.

The winter moon. We drank up the arabashiri in two days, so we opened a bottle of new sake! It has a gorgeous aroma and is fresh and delicious!

It was recommended by my favorite liquor store, so I bought some new sake and some arabashiri! We started with the Arabashiri.
It has a gorgeous aroma, sweet taste and fresh ministry.

The second day at room temperature out of the fridge, the rice sweetness comes out instead of fruity and the ministry is delicious, it goes well with anything in the food.

The aroma of wood?
The sip is sweet with a hint of rice. Dry on the throat.
It has a lot of peculiarities. But it's delicious.
