The first Kanagawa sake was Izumihashi. It was a little different from what I expected because it was a seasonal sake, but it was tasty with a sour taste. Next time, I will try a year-round sake.

When I was driving around Kyushu during Golden Week, I happened to find a liquor store that was directly managed by Rokujyuoshu and got two bottles of the limited edition from the store. It tasted just as good as usual and was a memorable part of my trip.

The ministry was opened on a day when people gathered.
Hmmm. It's true that it's sweet and tasty.
But I don't think it's good enough to buy 10,000 yen worth of other products under the terms of the sale. Were my expectations too high? Are other kinds better?
There are a lot of good sake even if they don't have a premium, so I guess I don't need to buy any more...

We had a cherry blossom viewing party with my wife's friends at our house 🌸 and we opened a lot of bottles for the occasion! First of all, I had an aperitif of my favorite Kouei Kiku‼︎Asari citrus type. It's still delicious!

This was also purchased for the Hana-yori get. Since I'm here, I bought my first issue of Otokoyama! Half of them are jackets. It's a classic Japanese sake ministry, and I drink it in small doses for dinner.

The umami flavor is more intense than that of junmai. Lactic acidic and I like the taste of the ministry.
It's safe to say that it's in a bottle ^_^.
