The last time I bought a bottle of Sairai at the same liquor store, it was so delicious that I bought a bottle without hesitation. It was so delicious that I lost half of the bottle at once. I'm so glad I got a bottle. The store owner said that the price might go up next year, but I still want to drink this sake ^_^.

On my way back from a liquor store tour, I happened to find a liquor store on Kappa Bridge. Masuhiro-san. They have a wide selection and the clerk was very helpful. I can't afford the Hanayo-yoku in Saitama, but I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.

It seems to be produced in limited quantities. I asked the staff at the restaurant to recommend a sake that would go well with salmon. I was told that the rice called Heshu-Homare is used in Jyushiro. It's fun to learn about these things when you go to a sake shop. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that you like.
