I bought a sake cup at the autumn Kiso lacquerware festival last month, so tonight I'm serving Kiso sake in Kiso lacquerware!
The Kiso lacquerware sake cups are different from the ones I bought before, and they are quite good looking!
I looked in many stores on the street, but there were almost no stores that had a good kataguchi, so I had a hard time finding one.
The sake I chose was Zenkichi!
It is not from Shiojiri, where Kiso Hirasawa is located, but from Kiso Fukushima, where Nakanori-san is located!
It has a refreshing acidity with a clean mouthfeel!
The soft and smooth flavor and sweetness that is typical of Yamae-Nishiki lingers softly!
It is an intensely delicious sake that goes well with lacquerware!
