First wine store, then a standing bar (chair seating) because I wanted to drink sake after eating kibinago fritters (tempura).
At first the bar was full, which was unusual for a standing bar, but soon a seat became available and we sat down on chairs.
The fritters were tangy with a hint of sweetness.
It was delicious!
I don't know what the fine taste is anymore, but I'm sure it's delicious!

The sweetness comes out from behind the cleanness, and the aftertaste is a sweet aftertaste.

Nabeshima with a mildly sweet atmosphere for the first time in a long time.
Maybe it's because of the slight foaminess, but it seems a little bitter.
As usual, Nabeshima is delicious!

It has sweetness and umami.

It seems to be an alternative to Shinshu Kamerei? I think it has a slightly sour taste.
I thought the alternative to Shinshu Kamerei was Kawanakajima Genmai, but I guess there are a lot of alternatives out there.
Well, I live in Shinshu, so I can drink various kinds of sake regardless of the trend 😃.

It has a nice acidity followed by a sweetness that is typical of nigori. The aftertaste disappears rather quickly, but it's delicious. This is different from the usual pre-dawn nigori, but it's delicious.
