Yamada Nishiki, gorgeous aroma and sweetness, but not as sweet as the aroma?
Compared to the Yamasan I've had so far, it's a bit more refreshingly sour, but maybe that's because I'm still tasting the myoga in the cold tofu.
Yamazan is becoming quite popular.

First up was Nanamizu SPRING.

It's a tasty sake with a high strength, but it's also refreshing!

First wine store, then a standing bar (chair seating) because I wanted to drink sake after eating kibinago fritters (tempura).
At first the bar was full, which was unusual for a standing bar, but soon a seat became available and we sat down on chairs.
The fritters were tangy with a hint of sweetness.
It was delicious!
I don't know what the fine taste is anymore, but I'm sure it's delicious!

Nabeshima with a mildly sweet atmosphere for the first time in a long time.
Maybe it's because of the slight foaminess, but it seems a little bitter.

It has sweetness and umami.
It doesn't matter what I drink, it tastes good because I'm on the verge of drunkenness.
