Bought this one as a souvenir for myself on a trip to Kanazawa!

Here it comes! I've never had Tokushima sake before! (Even though it's in a neighboring prefecture 😂)
When I asked for a clear and light sake, I was served this one.
It is indeed refreshing and easy to drink! But it might be a little bit light in taste?

I came to Kanazawa!
I knew I wanted to try some local sake, so I started drinking sake from noon (or to be more precise, from the morning since I received it on the bullet train)!
I wanted to drink with dashi, so I chose a dry sake that I was attracted to among those recommended for dashi!
Maybe the first time I drink it? Tokigen!
Spicy, but maybe not so easy to drink? I felt right at home with the idea that this is the kind of sake that goes well with dashiwari!
