I came to Kanazawa!
I knew I wanted to try some local sake, so I started drinking sake from noon (or to be more precise, from the morning since I received it on the bullet train)!
I wanted to drink with dashi, so I chose a dry sake that I was attracted to among those recommended for dashi!
Maybe the first time I drink it? Tokigen!
Spicy, but maybe not so easy to drink? I felt right at home with the idea that this is the kind of sake that goes well with dashiwari!
