My fourth cup! My favorite 洌 since the first time I had it here. I don't have to tell you, it's delicious. It has a moderate weight on the palate with a clean aftertaste. It is my favorite type of sake 🥺. It's been a while since I've been to this restaurant and enjoyed the Yamagata sake with delicious food. I hope I can come back again soon!

Label cute here! I think I've had Kamikigen before, too, I asked for a bottle with a mild aroma and a full flavor, thinking it would be good, Conclusion: It's good! It has a firm, sweet mouthfeel, but the aftertaste is not that persistent, and it is delicious. My sister and I went for a drink today, and she (a sake lover) said that it was the best sake she had had today. LOL!

The second drink was Koikawa. I've had it before, but I don't remember, so I'll give you my impression again. (Basically, I always do lol). It was light and light on the palate! The description of the store says it can be served warmed, but the aftertaste is not too strong (but it is still strong enough to be good even for me, who likes it refreshing)! (but I like it light, but the aftertaste is still nice and firm) (But it has a firm aftertaste, which is good even for someone like me who likes it refreshing.) This is another sake that seems to be easy to drink, and I am terrified. LOL! But it was delicious, so there will be a repeat!

This is the first time I saw this one. I ordered it because it was described as having a sharp aftertaste! My honest impression, It's good, but not enough, lol. I don't like the aftertaste that comes on too quickly, but it seems to go over the top a little bit, doesn't it? I want a little more sharpness. I think it's the fate of being born in Kochi? I'm not sure 🤪. I can gobble it up if I'm hungover or something 😂. I'm not sure what to say, but it was delicious! I'm going to try a different one from this brewery!

This is the first time I drank Ryusei. The description of the restaurant said, "It is a luxurious, sharp, dry Junmai Daiginjo," so I ordered it! The aroma was like melon ice cream. It also tastes a bit like melon. But it is not too sweet and refreshing. It was delicious!

It's been a long time since I've had Gobashi! I was too curious about the name Five Orange to order it. LOL! The smell is quite alcoholic! It is light on the palate at first. However, after drinking it, it has a rather alcoholic taste and may be a bit habitual. It's very sticky. I'm going to try a different Gobashi again! LOL!

I drank this one a long time ago. It had so much impact on my memory. I don't remember the taste. LOL. My husband bought it for me and I haven't had it for a long time! It is sweet but refreshing and delicious! It's like plum wine by husband! I don't drink sweet sake very often, so I guess it's okay once in a while!

Here is a gift from my husband. I drank it for the first time. Yum ！！！！ At first it was sweet like melon, but it was spicy and refreshing! Too easy to drink. It's a dangerous drink. LOL! I'll buy it next time I find it, I'll be a repeat customer!

It has been a long time since I have had Sengoku. I bought this sake when I went on a trip to Tochigi and enjoyed it. I remember that I had a different kind of SENKYO here about half a year ago and it was delicious. Maybe it's the royal road? It is sweet but refreshing and delicious! I will drink it again. 🤘🏻

It's been a while since I've been to Snow Kayasha. It has been my favorite sake since I first drank Snow Kayasha's Yamahai Junmai for the first time here! I don't often drink hiyaoroshi because it's not very refreshing (just my opinion 😂), but this time I gave it a try! It is sweet but not sticky and easy to drink. It's still delicious!

At first I thought it was Yamagata Masamune lol It has a sake feeling when you drink it, but the refreshing feeling is stronger. by husband In my opinion, I found it a bit sweet. Higurashi, the first fun of the month! The first drink was Sanzenmori. I had had it at my part-time job when I was a student and had drunk it before, but I had an image of it being quite spicy. This one is spicy, refreshing, and easy to drink! It is also a bit thick. I thought it would be sweet because it is Junmai Daiginjo (completely wrong assumption), but it is not that sweet, it is great! This is one bottle that must be repeated 🥺.
