Long time no see Kido ❗️ It's a summer sake made with white malted rice. There is not much aroma. The taste is as it says on the label. Sourness from white malted rice ❗️ Sweetness that doesn't lose to it❗️ It tastes like white wine 😊. Italian if you want to pair it with a meal: 🇮🇹 Kido tastes great no matter what you drink. It's also great because it's cosy👍

I totally loved it on this trip to Nagano 😍 Honkin😍. I wonder if this is a spring sake 🤔. The aroma is fruity ❗️ The sweetness is subdued but you can really taste the umami. I can feel the umami well 😊. It's a little bit bitter and a little bit gassy. I can drink it easily 👍 After the second day, the bitterness will calm down and It seems to mellow out after the second day 👍❗️ This time, I bought another bottle of Honkin sake I bought another bottle of summer sake and I am looking forward to drinking it too. On this Nagano sake trip, we went to a popular izakaya near Matsumoto station I enjoyed it so much that I bought a bottle at a liquor store on my way home. I bought it at a liquor store on the way home: ‼️ My wife loves apple🍎 yeast sake ❗️ Refreshing aroma and sweet and sour taste😊. It's even easier to drink because it's low al at 13 degrees Celsius. It's easy to drink 😅 It's great in the summer when it's cooled down to the perfect temperature. It's great to drink it chilled in summer 👍

In between Nagano sake, here's another favorite Mutsu Hachisen😍! This is my first Daiginjo from Ura Mutsu Hachisen ❗️ The aroma is green apple-like and gorgeous 😊. This is my favorite Genmai 😍. I bought this sake separately from this Nagano sake trip. I opened it to empty the fridge 😅 I used to like Genmai's Tokujun the best, but after drinking this Omachi, I love this one more ‼️ It's still delicious ❗️ It has a strong umami but with a clean aftertaste. It's great👍

This is Daishinshu where we went on our Nagano sake trip: ‼️ It is a new and very beautiful brewery. I asked about the brewery's limited edition and this was recommended to me 😊. Most of Daishinshu's sake is refreshing. I thought it might have a strong flavor because it is stored in a windhole 🤔. I paired it with sashimi 🤔❗️ As I expected, the aroma is not so strong. It has a moderate bitterness with a touch of umami. It has a refreshing aftertaste😊. It was the perfect taste for sashimi‼️ The sashimi in the photo is not shown here, but this time we had Kanpachi, horse mackerel, swordfish aburi, bonito It was very tasty👍 Nagano sake is delicious ‼️

The first bottle of this Nagano sake trip: ❗️ My favorite Mikotsuru's brewery limited Shiboritate 😊. I was told by the brewer that it has a strong gassy taste. I drank it with high expectations. But I guess it was not stored well on the way home. I guess the storage conditions on the way home were bad 😭 However, the taste is a little sweet but The flavor is rich and delicious. ‼️ Another bottle of Mikotsuru and 16 other bottles (2 bottles per bottle, 4 gassed bottles per bottle) on this sake trip. And 16 other bottles(2 ippon bottles and 14 4gou bottles) I bought 18 bottles in total😅 But since they don't fit in the cellar I've arranged for 10 bottles to be delivered by TA-Q-BIN to arrive next Sunday. but I still don't think they will fit 😅. It's a scary part of sake travel that you buy bottles even though you know they won't fit 😱.

The image I had of it was that it was habitual, but But when I tried it, it's very tasty. ❗️ It has a strong acidity with a good flavor. It's very refreshing ‼️ Kuramoto also has many kinds of sake. I'd like to drink some of them 😊. By the way, next week I'm going on a sake trip to Matsumoto I'm looking forward to going on a sake trip to Matsumoto next week as I did last year 😊❗️ The izakaya we went to last year is already booked. This is another instrument Masamune that I haven't had in a while: ❗️ This Omachi sake is new to me 😊. The aroma and taste is just like the label on the back. Mecha Muscat‼️ It's juicy and sweet. I can also taste quite a bit of sourness❗️ It tastes like you're biting into a fruit 😍. Even people who are new to sake or don't like sake can enjoy this. I can drink it even if I'm new to sake or don't like it 👍
