I drank it for the first time on a trip to Nagano and loved it. Beian Daikoku ‼️ I had it at a pub near Matsumoto station. The original sake I drank at a tavern near Matsumoto station was so good! When I looked at the label, I found it was It was a sake made by Kitayasu Brewery ❗️ It's a summer sake that seems to have a similar taste to that sake 😊. As you can see on the 🍋 label It is very refreshing with a strong sour taste ‼️ Compared to the original at the izakaya It's a bit lighter in flavor than the original at the izakaya, but it's still a summer sake. It's a bit lighter in taste than the original izakaya, but it's also a bit more refreshing with a low alcohol content like the summer sake: ❗️ In the recent hot summer, it is very good to drink it cold. It is the best sake to drink when it is cooled down to the perfect temperature. It's a great sake to drink chilled 👍

Stable Hirotogawa ‼️ First time drinking this junmai ginjo nama sake😊. It's quite old but it has a fresh feel to it❗️ The aroma is subdued The taste is very well balanced👍 Very clean and refreshing with no cloying flavors❗️ But it also has a lot of umami❗️ I should have bought a bottle of this together😅. You can drink this on its own easily and it's a great all-around sake for any meal. It's a great all-around sake that doesn't require any meal: ‼️ Very tasty😍!

I've been curious about this Nanasho too. but I had never had it before😅. My first time was a summer sake Fresh aroma and taste: ‼️ There is no gassy feeling but it is quite easy to drink It's quite easy to drink due to the low alcohol content👍 It has no habits and has a nice clean aftertaste 😊. The taste is good, but the name Seven Smiles. I think it's a very good name‼️

I've always wanted to try Etsukaijin ‼️ I thought I could buy it anytime I wanted. I finally bought it after a few years 😅 I knew it wasn't a modern sake, but This blue bottle has a nice aroma It has a nice aroma, a refreshing sweetness, sourness and bitterness. It is well balanced and easy to drink 😃. I think it would go great with sashimi 👍 Etsukaijin also has quite a variety of sake. I would like to try other sake as well ‼️

I bought it at the brewery: ❗️ I remember drinking the fire-roasted one last year and it was delicious! I remember it well😊. This year it's an unfiltered raw sake ‼️ I love the sound of this 😍. The aroma is fruity. It has a caramel-like sweetness and just the right amount of bitterness. It has a nice bitterness to it👍 It has a strong umami flavor, but The aftertaste is quite refreshing 🤔. I think it is quite refreshing 🤔. It goes well with various meals. ❗️ All Mikotsuru's sake is delicious 😊.

Honkin 😊 which has become my favorite. I also bought this sake on a trip to Nagano last month ❗️ It is a summer sake brewed with white malted rice ❗️ It smells a bit like muscat! The acidity of the white malted rice and the clearness of Miyamanishiki make it easy to drink. It is easy to drink. The bitterness was strong until about the second day after opening the bottle. But after that, it calmed down and became just right. ‼️ The sweetness is not that strong. I think it is easy to match with various meals 🤔. I like the taste of HONKIN so I would like to drink the other ones as well 😃. I would like to drink many other things as well 😃.
