My favorite big snowy mountain for a while now: ❗️ This D is another sake I've been wanting to try😊. The aroma is understated. It has a delicious flavor, but it's pretty refreshing. It has a gentle taste ❗️ I wonder if this sake goes well with crisp tasting food👍

It's been a long time since I've seen Collage ❗️ The aroma is still very good 😊. It has a good flavor. It's a little bit strong acidity and sharp ❗️ I personally prefer junmai to junmai ginjo I like it better than Junmai Ginjo👍 I like the aroma and taste of Collage. I want it regularly 😊. Definitely a good sake ‼️

This is my first time in Yudong. ❗️ I don't think there is much aroma. Freshness of Nama sake like Nama sake❗️ It has a refreshing feeling of Gohyakumangoku❗️ It has a strong umami flavor, but also has acidity and spiciness. It has a good umami, but the acidity and spiciness give it a nice sharpness👍 I paired it with sashimi and it's great 😊. Great as a food sake👍

Definitely a delicious sake ❗️ Yamae-nishiki 😅 which was lying unopened because it was too good to open. This sake was made in May last year. Fruity aroma Slightly fruity aroma Just the right amount of sweetness It's delicious without any problem at all👍 I want to drink a lot of it. It's a pity I can't buy it often😅.

I was curious about Sentori after returning to Edo: ❗️ I haven't had Sentori recently. I forgot what it tasted like before. I wonder if the acidity is still the same 🤔. I wonder if the acidity is the same 🤔 since it has a characteristic taste. I guess it's not to everyone's taste. ❗️ It's more like a white wine with strong acidity than a sake. It tastes like a white wine with strong acidity. It's good with western food👍

Finally opened a bottle of this winter cloudy classic😅. Definitely delicious ❗️ Compared to the Urasato nigori we drank the other day I think this one tastes more like nigori because there is more lees in it 🤔. I think it has a stronger taste than Urasato nigori 🤔. If you want a refreshing drink with a meal I think Urasato is better if you want to drink it with a meal. Hirotogawa is more like a leisurely, lazy drink? Either way, each has its own characteristics It is a very delicious sake👍

Purchased at the brewery last November ❗️ It is one of the limited series of the brewery 😊. Green apple-like aroma Elegant and sweet Clean taste like a Daiginjo. Easy to drink ❗️ I can't get enough of Shichiken's sake... It has a nice aroma and freshness. It's delicious👍 It will be on sale soon! I'm curious about the spring squeezed sake that will be on sale soon. I'm very curious about it 😊.

First time in Urasato light nigori: ‼️ I'm looking forward to it since it's the cloudy one everyone raves about 😊. The aroma is more subdued than I expected 🤔. The taste is quite dry and refreshing while still having the umami of the rice. It is quite dry and refreshing 🤔❗️ It seems to go well with a variety of meals👍 It's delicious 😃. My wife bought a bottle of this by mistake. She bought 2 bottles by mistake😅. Happy miscalculation‼️ The first bottle is alone ❗️ I would like to compare the second bottle with Hirotogawa's Nigoromi which is on standby 😊. I would like to compare it with Hirotogawa's Nigorizumi which is waiting for me 😊.

I wonder if this is the first time I've had this dry Kouko 🤔. Fruity aroma that is typical of Kouko: ❗️ Taste is more robust than I expected: ❗️ It has a good amount of sweetness. The aftertaste is just like a big dry one. It has a nice sharpness😊. I can also feel a hint of gas. You can drink it with a refreshing taste. ❗️ I like the type of Koshi that goes well with a meal. It's good to have a type of Koshi that goes well with food sometimes👍

My favorite Cloisonne series😊. The last time I drank a lees-related one, it was a schwashy one. This time, there's no gaseous sensation. The aroma and taste is melon🍈. It's sweet but also quite refreshing. It's really good. ‼️ It's a very easy to drink 😅. I'd love to try other sakes besides the Shippo series I'd love to try more than just the Shippo series 😊.

Hosetsu purchased this year without fail: ❗️ Our family's favorite winter sake😊. Now it's time to open the bottle❗️ Allegedly ‼️ not very healthy 🤔. I was expecting the usual gassy feeling. It's calm 🥲. It's sweet, but soon it's bitter. It's the type of beer that gets a kick out of bitterness. ❗️ Definitely tasty though. It doesn't have the pizzazz like some of the others that have posted 🥲. It's not as fresh as some of the others. ❗️ I've been keeping it well in the cellar. I'm a little disappointed 😢. I was going to buy another bottle because it's absolutely delicious. I was going to buy another bottle because it's absolutely delicious, but this year I'm not going to. ❗️ Well, the fact that it doesn't taste exactly the same every year is one of the charms of sake. I'm sure it's the charm of Sake 😅.

Toyo Bijin's tchotchkes: ❗️ A little expensive and too good to be true for Toyo Bijin's good cosmetic sake. A little expensive and too good to waste 😅 Aroma is like usual Toyo Bijin Pineapple aroma. It's sweet but not cloying. The aftertaste is also quite refreshing. It has a very elegant feeling. ‼️ Sometimes it's good to have a refreshing Toyo Bijin It's good and tasty👍

My recent favorite big snowy mountain 😊. packed in the tank in a small wooden box unfiltered unpasteurized sake I love this word: ‼️ The aroma and sweetness is subdued but Very fresh and tangy 😃. The slight bitterness gives it a refreshing aftertaste: ❗️ It goes well with a variety of meals. I can drink this by itself easily. It's a very tasty drink 👍

It has a fruity aroma and tastes juicy ‼️ It has a sweetness and a slight bitterness that is different from fruits. It's a little different from other sakes I've had 🤔. It's very tasty and I'd like to enjoy it a little bit I'd like to enjoy it with a little bit of taste change. ‼️ I feel the depth of sake 😀. This year, the last sake is Isoboast: ‼️ Sake that goes best with sashimi and other fish dishes😊. Isohajime is a good honjozo personally👍 This Shiboritate Honjozo is also No unpleasant feeling of aluzome at all‼️ Slightly melon aroma and I can feel the flavor of the rice while it is clear A great taste 😊. On New Year's Eve, we had it with bonito tataki (bonito fillet): ❗️ The fishy smell of the fish is washed away nicely. It is the best food sake. ❗️ It's also very cosy, a bottle is in the mid 2,000 yen 👍. Have a happy new year😃‼️
