First time drinking Suidama: ❗️ I've been curious about it. I was wondering if I could do it another time? I've missed out on buying it 😅. I had been waiting to buy it😅 Moderately fruity aroma❗️ Sweet but not cloying. It's quite refreshing👍 I can feel a little bit of alcohol due to the raw sake. I can feel a little bit of alcohol due to the sake being unpasteurized but after the second day It is not as gorgeous and juicy as Hana Yuu. It's not as juicy and gorgeous as Hana Yuu, so it's better suited for a meal. This one is more suitable for a meal. ‼️ I also bought another bottle of Junmai Ginjo. I'll try it sometime soon😊.

I've been missing the timing of the drink😅 It's been uploaded recently. I saw Jikin's Senbon Nishiki I thought I had some at home I saw that it was exactly one year old. I had to drink it and opened the bottle: ❗️ Since it is fire-aged, there is no deterioration in taste. It was delicious 😊. The balance of flavors is very good. It has a refreshing aftertaste and goes well with a variety of meals. It is a delicious sake after all👍

Comparison of three steadfast summer liquors: ❗️ The last one came out for the first time this year Fusakogane Polished 80 Clear Var❗️ This tasted completely different from what I imagined it would taste like. I was surprised‼️ There is not much aroma and no gassy feeling. It's a little thicker than I expected. The taste is very strong😊. It is quite sweet, but has a strong acidity and a nice bitterness. It has a nice bitter taste and it's a very sharp type of beer: ❗️ It's delicious and tastes like a fudo 👍. My wife prefers this one. The same rice and the same polish can make a totally different taste. I felt the depth of the sake with the same rice and the same polish.

Trendy drinks, Genzai ❗️ I've been trying to compare the steadfastness of the drink. I wanted to drink a sake with a slightly different flavor I opened a bottle of this one😊. First up was a special junmai❗️ Modest fruity aroma❗️ It has a good amount of sweetness and umami flavor, but the aftertaste is refreshing👍. The aftertaste is refreshing👍 More like Nagano than Fukushima sake 🤔. It has a feeling of 🤔. A certain Shinshu XX aroma understated atmosphere ❗️ Very well balanced It's very tasty 😃. It can be drunk on its own easily and is It's also perfect as a food wine 👍 I can see why it's so popular ‼️ I'd like to try the special top later 😊.

Comparison of three steadfast summer sakes: ❗️ The second bottle is my personal No. 1 summer sake Fusakogane no Usu nigori😊. The one with too much energy and the lid flies off. But this time it was mature😅 Fruity aroma Tasted like melon soda🍈. Compared to white malted rice & apple, it has less sourness I feel the sweetness is a little stronger than the white malted rice & apple 🍈 ❗️ It has a strong gassy feeling with a little bit of shwashyness. It's still delicious 😃. The other bottle of the 3 kinds of sake The other one is the first sake that came out this year? I'm looking forward to opening the bottle: ‼️

My favorite steadfast summer drink: 🏝️ This year we have 3 different kinds 😊. White Koji & Apple is a sake I missed out on last year 🥲. Refreshing citrusy aroma❗️ Sweet and sour and shuwa shuwa 😊. But it's more than just apples. It tastes more like a plum wine sour 🤔. I can drink it in gulps👍 Very tasty 😃. This is one I want to buy again next year ❗️ I haven't opened the other two bottles yet. I wish I could drink it with sashimi. ❗️ But I don't have enough stock at home. I can't find any summer sake or sweet sake. It doesn't go well with sashimi 🤔. I recently bought sashimi at my favorite fish shop. On the way home, I wanted to buy a sake that would go well with sashimi. This time, I bought a bottle of Taco Blue 🐙 from Kitajima. The aroma is like green apple 🍏. The taste is clean and sweet with a strong acidity. and a strong acidity. The aftertaste is slightly bitter and It has a nice sharpness 😊. Kudokigake no Hakutsuru Nishiki ❗️ It seems it's limited to 4 stores nationwide: ❗️ I found out that the labels are different from each other. I found out that each label has a different design. The aroma is more subdued than I expected. It has a moderate sweetness, but it's quite dry. but it's quite dry 😅‼️ It also has a very strong bitterness😅. It has a complex taste. I think it would be good with a meal 👍

It's been a while since I've been in the Wind Forest: ‼️ This time it's a PB Ryoumi Junmai from Sake no Yamamoto! I bought it because it seemed like a summer sake❗️ The aroma is melon🍈 & banana🍌. It has a clear aftertaste with a gaseous feeling that is typical of Kaze no Mori ❗️ But you can also taste the umami 😊. Kaze no Mori is always unfiltered unpasteurized sake. It's fresh and delicious👍 By the way, what's the difference between this PB Ryomi Junmai and other Akitsuho 657? What's the difference from other Akitsuho 657 ⁉️🤔 Kaze no Mori is another sake I'd like to drink regularly😃.
