This is also a drink out of the house: ❗️ I didn't get to drink at New Year's. My favorite Kaiun nigori sake😊. This is Honorifuji ❗️ Silky smooth and not too sweet. Melon soda 🍈. So good 😃. I didn't buy any Kaiun nigori this year. I'm glad I could drink it 😃‼️ I hope to buy all kinds next year 😅

First time drinking out of the house in over 6 months😅 Visited a pub I was curious about: ❗️ They opened a bottle of Ten Frog clear dry, which I didn't expect: ‼️ It's delicious 😃. A faint aroma of wooden vat. Strong shwashiness Gentle sweetness Tastes better than champagne🍾❗️ I don't know much about champagne 😅 I guess it's nice to have this kind of fun when drinking outside. It's nice 😃.

It's been a very long time since I've had Ehime sake: ❗️ It is another brand of Iyo Kagiya. The aroma is subdued, but the taste is quite sweet and juicy. It's fashionable👍 It's a good sake, though it's not for every meal. ‼️

The long awaited spring shibori: ‼️ Gorgeous spring aroma 🌸 The sweetness is moderate and silky smooth. ❗️ As the label on the back says I'd say it's rather dry 🤔. Delicious 😃. It seems to go well with a variety of meals. Mid 2,000 yen for a bottle with this flavor! Too cosy ‼️ It's the best 👍

It's been a long time since I've seen Collage ❗️ The aroma is still very good 😊. It has a good flavor. It's a little bit strong acidity and sharp ❗️ I personally prefer junmai to junmai ginjo I like it better than Junmai Ginjo👍 I like the aroma and taste of Collage. I want it regularly 😊. This is my first time in Yudong. ❗️ I don't think there is much aroma. Freshness of Nama sake like Nama sake❗️ It has a refreshing feeling of Gohyakumangoku❗️ It has a strong umami flavor, but also has acidity and spiciness. It has a good umami, but the acidity and spiciness give it a nice sharpness👍 I paired it with sashimi and it's great 😊. Great as a food sake👍

Definitely a delicious sake ❗️ Yamae-nishiki 😅 which was lying unopened because it was too good to open. This sake was made in May last year. Fruity aroma Slightly fruity aroma Just the right amount of sweetness It's delicious without any problem at all👍 I want to drink a lot of it. It's a pity I can't buy it often😅.

Finally opened a bottle of this winter cloudy classic😅. Definitely delicious ❗️ Compared to the Urasato nigori we drank the other day I think this one tastes more like nigori because there is more lees in it 🤔. I think it has a stronger taste than Urasato nigori 🤔. If you want a refreshing drink with a meal I think Urasato is better if you want to drink it with a meal. Hirotogawa is more like a leisurely, lazy drink? Either way, each has its own characteristics It is a very delicious sake👍

Purchased at the brewery last November ❗️ It is one of the limited series of the brewery 😊. Green apple-like aroma Elegant and sweet Clean taste like a Daiginjo. Easy to drink ❗️ I can't get enough of Shichiken's sake... It has a nice aroma and freshness. It's delicious👍 It will be on sale soon! I'm curious about the spring squeezed sake that will be on sale soon. I'm very curious about it 😊.

First time in Urasato light nigori: ‼️ I'm looking forward to it since it's the cloudy one everyone raves about 😊. The aroma is more subdued than I expected 🤔. The taste is quite dry and refreshing while still having the umami of the rice. It is quite dry and refreshing 🤔❗️ It seems to go well with a variety of meals👍 It's delicious 😃. My wife bought a bottle of this by mistake. She bought 2 bottles by mistake😅. Happy miscalculation‼️ The first bottle is alone ❗️ I would like to compare the second bottle with Hirotogawa's Nigoromi which is on standby 😊. I would like to compare it with Hirotogawa's Nigorizumi which is waiting for me 😊.

My favorite Cloisonne series😊. The last time I drank a lees-related one, it was a schwashy one. This time, there's no gaseous sensation. The aroma and taste is melon🍈. It's sweet but also quite refreshing. It's really good. ‼️ It's a very easy to drink 😅. I'd love to try other sakes besides the Shippo series I'd love to try more than just the Shippo series 😊.
