しーちゃIt tastes like it would go well in a hot pot with a strong Tohoku flavor. Sour aftertaste?
It tastes similar to Yamahai brewing, so it might taste stronger if it is warmed up to lukewarm.
しーちゃTastes like mirin (sweet sake). When I drank it with brisket, it matched. If you drink it with chocolate, you will have a chocolate with alcohol in your mouth.
しーちゃSweet, light, fruity liquor. No fizz or banana. I would like to drink it chilled.
The bottle design is very beautiful. For some reason, it has a cute design of a mouse and a turtle.
しーちゃWhen I heated it up, it became mildly sweet and very tasty. I thought it was like Yamahai in that it lost its sharpness and became rounder. It is just right to go from hot to lukewarm.
