Anyway, the label is too cute!
It's refreshing and thirst-quenching, but it's pretty sweet, so it's probably best to drink it tightly chilled.
Everyone who likes cats and sake is a good person. LOL!
It is just delicious. It is a drink in which you can strongly feel the flavor of rice rather than fruit or anything conceptual like that. The aftertaste is not too sweet, and it is really good.
It tastes like it would go well in a hot pot with a strong Tohoku flavor. Sour aftertaste?
It tastes similar to Yamahai brewing, so it might taste stronger if it is warmed up to lukewarm.
Tastes like mirin (sweet sake). When I drank it with brisket, it matched. If you drink it with chocolate, you will have a chocolate with alcohol in your mouth.
Sweet, light, fruity liquor. No fizz or banana. I would like to drink it chilled.
The bottle design is very beautiful. For some reason, it has a cute design of a mouse and a turtle.
