Sasajima Junmai Unfiltered Sake
The standard sake is Junmai. It is made from "Gohyakumangoku" rice. It has a strong and powerful flavor.
Sasazuku: Junmai, low-polished raw yeast, unfiltered sake.
It was served at room temperature. It is an unfiltered sake. Polishing ratio is 80%. Slightly acidic, with a slight tingling sensation.
Shukubuki Yellow Label.
Second fermentation in bottle. Dry and shwash-wash. It has a grapefruit and lactic acidity.
Sasashuku Daiginjo-genshu
It has a thick, rich flavor, and while it is clear, it has a strong umami. It is clear, but has a strong umami flavor. The price is low for an exhibition sake, and it has a well-defined flavor, rather than the usual watery cleanness.
