The 5th Shinmame Festival, the 5th Kami Ongaku Mie Shinshu Matsuri㊱. Slide sideways to the Gozenshu booth. The brewer was there. They have been all Omachi brewery for a few years now. After listening to the explanation, I decided to compare a freshly squeezed Bodaihashi with a one year aged Bodaihashi. Gozenshu Bodai-Hashiroshi Nigori Unmatured Sake Freshly pressed a week ago. It has a fresh mouthfeel with a juicy acidity. Sour and milky at the same time. Alcoholic and bitter. Gozenshu 1859 Bodai Hashiroshi Yumachi, fire-brewed This one has been aged for a little over a year. The wild and powerful flavor of the Omachi has been rounded out with a supple and strong flavor that is well balanced with the acidity. It has a deep flavor that can also be served warmed. Oh, this is also delicious. Forgot to take a picture... The pop-up says there are only two kinds of sake, but they brought another bottle.

Tochigi Prefecture. Tochigi City. Kitaseki Brewery Co. Kitasakaba, freshly stored sake. Kita-no-oh~, on the street of sake breweries A woman with long hair looks good I bought this at a convenience store on my way home from a live concert in Tokyo. I bought the jacket, but I don't think it's a woman with long hair...is it tied up at the back? I didn't want the afterglow of the concert to become a melody of the North Bar, so I didn't drink it that day and left it behind. I had it with cold sake. I thought it would have a mild taste, but suddenly I felt a sharp alcohol taste. It has a slightly nutty richness, followed by a spicy astringent taste. The aftertaste is also slightly spicy and alcoholic. One-pack sake is also Tochigi Ai 🤗💞. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewer's alcohol, sugar Alcoholic strength: 13 to 14 degrees Celsius

I was told to take a sticker even though I didn't drink the ganjo, so I decided to drink it after all. ◉GANKINO-2 Hatsu-hushori Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Standardly too good. It's just too straight and superior tasting. It was one of the best impressions I had this time. I'm glad I had it. I kept saying it was really good and got a sticker to take home. It was really good.

The 5th Shinmame Festival, the 5th Kami Ongaku Mie Shinshu Matsuri㉞. Heiwa Sake Brewery, where Yasube-san also went to plant rice. ◉Kido Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Fresh, fruity and robust. Fresh, fruity and full-bodied. Kido, the most cosmopolitan of the bunch, has also raised its prices by 100 or 50 yen. Still, it's inexpensive for such a great taste. Kido Junmai ◉Kido Junmai Yamadanishiki grown in the Agara fields. A complex blend of umami and other flavors. The taste is a bit spicy. I wonder if this is the same rice field where Yasube and Orin participated in the harvest 🤔. It's been a while since I've had it, but freshly squeezed is delicious.

The 5th Shinmame Festival, the 5th Kanno Thanksgiving Mie Shinshu Festival㉝ Slide down to Takihitama. Takihantou Junmai Daiginjo We found a sweet-looking pink label for Takihantu. Surprisingly, it was not sweet, but rather mineral and refreshing. The brewer said it was more dry than sweet. A perfect food sake. The sun was setting and the stalls started to light up.

A group of people I met liked Kawatake Brewing, so we went back to the Horiyoshi Yatai area and the Yebisu Yatai area to have a drink after a long time. ◉amayadori prototype junmai nama sake Impressively sweet and acidic, with a modern feel. The middle part of the bottle has a refreshing umami flavor. Easy to drink. I wish I could have had some of the freshly squeezed sake.

The 5th Shinmame Festival, the 5th Kami Ongaku Mie Shinshu Matsuri㉛. I like Machida and drink it. Machida Shuzo Tokubetsu Junmai 55 Gohyakumangoku I've only had nigori Ihyakumangoku, and I often drink Yamadanishiki because I thought it would be more refreshing, but it was very tasty and made a big impression on me. I think it's a good thing to be able to drink so many different kinds of sake. And unlike a tasting, you can drink as many cups as you want, and they will fill up your sake cup. However, the sake cups at the event were 60ml, and if I had filled them to the brim, I probably would not have been able to drink more than 10 different kinds of sake. I would have been tempted to fill it up with a lot of pre-drink.

The snowmen that were there at the beginning of the festival were sold out. ◉Modern Sengoku Zero-shiki Nama Lightly acidic and refreshing, but with a hint of sweetness. The acidity is nice and deep, but not unpleasant. Sentori is really good! Love Tochigi 🤗💞.

Well, although there were some areas that I didn't go through because there were too many people, I went around and then went to drink my favorite sake that I haven't had yet. I went back to the Okageza-mae stall where Tobiroki was located and had a drink. ◉Sasasamune Special Junmai Hatsushibori Unrefined, simple flavor. The aroma on the nose is a bit rustic, which I don't like. I had a special junmai usunigoromi before that was quite good, but this one was a bit of a pain.

We can't help but drink the sake that is being poured by the lovely Miss SAKE again. ◉Kaze no Mori Akitsuho 657 Mineral and clean, but also umami. Kaze no Mori has a modern flavor, but it also has a good rice flavor, which is great. The person who poured it for me was Miss SAKE, a representative of Nara Prefecture since it is Kaze no Mori.

I was going to drink a Hakutsuru-nishiki used Ame-go-no-tsuki. The moon after the rain ◉ Hakutsuru-nishiki Junmai Daiginjo. The taste is thick and robust, with a clean mouthfeel. The image is that of an orthodox, super-successive, and honorable man. I love Hakutsuru-nishiki sake. I forgot to take a picture of this one too...

Sliding to the side, the voice said, "This is the last one left! ◉Ohmine 3 grains, the first sign of winter Everyone's favorite Yuki-Ohmine...aka, Winter's otsure was just before it was sold out. When I heard it was going to run out, I wanted to drink it. It has a gaseous mouthfeel, with a hint of apple, lactic acid acidity, and a delicious orizumi taste. It has a fruity taste and is delicious. I haven't had it since they changed the name...it's a bit pricey. Forgot to take a picture of this one too💦.

The 5th Shinmame Festival, the 5th Kanno Thanksgiving Mie Shinshu Festival㉕. You also drink after a long time. ◉New sake Hatsushibori Niitamesai Fresh, crisp acidity and crisp sweetness. Made from 75% Koshihikari and 25% Yamadanishiki. The label and specifications seem to be different from those of the previous Niitamesai Takanashi. The taste is surprisingly crisp.

Or maybe it's the atmosphere of everyone's favorite Yamazan. ◉Yamazanzo Kinmon-Nishiki 55 Unfiltered Genshu The nose is a little gassy and fruity, with a hint of grapefruit on the nose. Who said that Kuroryu is so good, and the one they brought was Ichigorai. ◉Icchorai Junmai Ginjo Fruity, with a standard sake feel. The umami is strong. I thought it would be more classical, but it wasn't. I was so drunk from this point on that I forgot to take many pictures 💦.

Futa Usagi Junmai Yamadanishiki 65 Another well-balanced junmai sake with a full flavor and a gentle, mild acidity. The Junmai Daiginjo from Futo Usagi was not sold out. Other popular brands were frequently sold out. It was a pity that the raw sake directly pumped from the tank, which we had confirmed in advance, was also sold out.

I guess Saku brought some good stuff, but there was quite a long line, so I gave up... ◉Tamitsu Kaminoho Hatsu Shibori Unfiltered Fresh and unfiltered, with a good acidity and a firm flavor. I only had one type of sake here, as there was a line of people behind me while I was drinking it. I couldn't drink the Tamitsu at the Mie Sake Event... I regretted that I should have had more.

The 5th Shinnyame Festival, the 5th Kanno-no-Thanksgiving Mie Shinshu Matsuri⑳. Chiebijin slides across the booth. Chiebijin LOVE PINK It was the first time I knew it was a draft sake, but I don't remember if it was orikara or not. It had a juicy, elegant sweetness and umami flavor with a refreshingly sour aftertaste. It was good too. After Chiebijin, we had a little break time, looking at the lovely Miss SAKE, not SAKE Bijin, on the side, and were allowed to join a group of people we had met and talked with. In the meantime, I checked out the booths that I could go to next.

The 5th Shinmeisai Festival (Thanksgiving) The 5th Mie Shinshu Festival (1935) The brewer of Amami came from Yamaguchi. I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. The sake was very fruity and had a fruity, apple-like taste. Fruity and apple-like fruitiness, with a perfect balance of acidity and umami. It's been a while since I've had this, but the Kurotemi raw sake is really good. ◉Tenbi Junmai Ginjyo Nama-Nagara Sake This is not nigori, but rather a standard Hakuten. The mouthfeel is clear, with a strong citrus acidity. I was glad to see that the kuro-ten drowned out the impression I had of it in the past.

Hanzo Junmai Daiginjo & Omachi I've had this before, but I'm sure I'll try it again. A little pineapple, but the flavor and richness is exactly as I imagined it would be. ◉Hanzo Junmai Daiginjo Kamiho Nama-nazake A new sake, I think it was called. The taste is clear and fresh. The taste is clear and refreshing, with a light acidity. Hanzo Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori (special limited edition) This is also a special limited edition from Morishita Sake Brewery. It has a strong umami flavor and a moderate sweetness. This is my favorite type of sake and I wish I could have bought it. I have a good impression of Hanzo because of its high level of quality.
