Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka 10 The booth of "Nomushi" in Ehime. Nomushi was named after a fighting bull that the brewery kept at the time of its establishment. The retro label is wonderful. A two year old ginjo-shu with a mild, quite mellow taste. Mild, quite mellow flavor, a bit nutty. Quite tasty, but only available in 1 or 300 ml bottles. ◉Nobushi Junmai Ginjo A watered-down version of the gut-punching raw sake we had earlier. It has a strong umami flavor, but is easy to drink and tasty with little alcohol. ◉Nobushi Namaishu The most powerful and impactful version of the umami. The overall impression is of a strong umami without being too fruity, and all of them are delicious. In the Kansai region, the proprietress of a Kadoma sake shop is a classmate of the brewer, so some of their products are sold there, but they are planning to expand to Itami and other areas in the future.

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka - Shikoku's Sake and Food Spectacle - 10 Nomushi, who in the past drank retro-labeled nama sake in five-pack bottles, again had a lineup of only classic-labeled one-pack bottles! I don't think this brewery basically goes out of the prefecture, but it is available in the Kansai region because the proprietress of a liquor store in Kadoma and the brewery owner are classmates. I bought one there myself once! I drank Kuromatsu Nomushi Ginjo It is said to be aged for a while. It is round and easy to drink. They only serve one bottle and 300ml, but I told them that with this flavor and 300ml, the time would fly by! Nomushi Junmai Ginjo Contrary to the image on the label, it is beautiful and easy to drink. Nomushi: Unpasteurized Sake Delicious with a strong umami flavor All the sake tasted like they should be kept at room temperature or warmed up. As the brewer said, it can be kept at room temperature, so maybe there's no need to serve 4 gos of sake. I thought so. The two that left the biggest impression on me this time were Jogawago and Nomushi. There were many other Ehime breweries, but I drank all the breweries I saw for the first time, and I didn't have time to go to the Kochi booth😅.

Ehime, Kita-uwajima-gun, Ehime Prefecture. Masaki Masamitsu Brewery Ltd. NOMUSHI: Junmai Ginjyo Nama-no-Hara Sake. This sake was discovered by secret order of bouken-san during a reconnaissance of liquor stores in the Kitakawachi area. I was surprised to find it in a 900ml bottle of shochu 🤣. I looked at it carefully and found that the production year was a year ago, but I thought it might be ok depending on the quality of the sake, so I bought it. I had it cold. The color is a little pale yellow. The scent of alcohol is mixed with a soft citrus aroma. On the palate, there is a firm acidity on the tongue despite the 18% alcohol content. The moment it is swallowed, it has a gusto feeling, followed by a sharp sake-like sensation. The taste is impressive with a firm acidity, maybe a little citrusy acidity. There is a bit of nuttiness, maybe because it is aged? 🤔. Still, there is no unpleasant sense of aging at all, and it is still a solid sake. I would say it's a solid classic with a mild mouthfeel. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 18%. This sake is also registered by the legendary bouken, which sake have you not had? I'm so scared 🤣🤣🤣!

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi. The bottle and the atmosphere of the label could be mistaken for shochu💦I went to Uwajima last year and maybe I didn't notice 😅. I've never had a hit with bouken 🤣👍✨

Good evening Pon, good evening 🌛It's quite a nice and martial label 😊It could be mistaken for a shochu 🤣Ehime sake has few registrations, so I guess it's a small brewery with small shipments 🤔bouken you drink everything and are a quintessential 👍

Hi Nemuchi 😃 I spent 2 hours round trip to buy this sake🤣. Seems like it would be fine if it's aged in terms of alcohol quality 🤔. I was once told by honda a long time ago that I'm usually the one who drinks it when I search for it 🤣.

Is it distributed almost only locally? I heard that there is only one shop in Osaka. Contrary to the masculine label, it's strong and light. According to the official website, it's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is quite sweet, but it also has a grainy and wild herb feeling.
