Seisen's booth.
I remembered Seisen and Takeoka from last year's post. I had a strong impression of Takeoka, so I drank only Seisen. The person who helped me was a brewer.

A 13% low alcohol sake. A low alcohol sake for people who don't drink sake very often.
Junmai
A sake for those who like to drink sake while licking salt. A sake for the sake drinker who can linger and lick salt forever. This is delicious.
Junmai Ginjo
This is another of the rice-brewed Fusakogane. The taste is clean with a hint of sweetness. The finish is crisp and dry. A refreshing sake for a meal.
This brewery seems to be mostly for local consumption.
