The first local sake from Tsukuba, Nenogawa! We got it from one of our senpai (senpai means senior).
It's a direct draft! A spec that you don't hear much about this time of year, thank goodness!
Full-bodied and clear! Even when chilled, it is fresh, smooth, sweet and delicious! The slight bitterness gives it a sharp edge. No acidity at all.
It has no off-flavor and is quite easy to drink! On the other hand, it is a customized summer sake that is not suitable for warming up!
