Congratulations! The 100th bottle of Sake no.1 is also Tsuneyama's series, which I usually have a hard time getting my hands on!
This series uses sake rice grown with less agricultural chemicals by farmers in Miyamacho, Fukui Prefecture, which has close ties with the Tsuneyama Brewery! The producer's name is also on the bottle!
When the bottle is opened, it has a wonderful peachy scent! When you drink it, you will be surprised by the high density of sweet and tasty flavors that come with a slight carbonation! The sourness comes after that, and the characteristic bitterness of Tsuneyama is emphasized more than usual, and it finishes slowly.......well......I'm being patronizing, but this is by far the most delicious of all the wonderful sake I've had recently!
Tsuneyama has always been a brewer of precise and delicious sake, but this is a gem that shows the difference in the amount of effort that has been put into it! You don't see it very often at liquor stores that carry Tsuneyama, but if you see it, please try it! I want to drink the Yamadanishiki one too!
