Famous daytime and nighttime. Drink for the first time❗ Yellowish color, sweet and light aroma makes you feel summer😁. It's a refreshing drink that doesn't make you feel the 16 degrees of alcohol. You can feel the sweetness, but it goes away quickly. The aftertaste leaves a pleasant alcohol feeling, and you can get drunk comfortably. Slow down, don't drink too much, and enjoy a nightcap to ease the summer heat 🙌.

I haven't recorded any sake from Tokyo yet, and it's from the big city of Shiba. And because it was doburoku, I bought it immediately. But after I bought it, I realized that the alcohol content was very low. This sake has a super low alcohol content of 5 to 6 degrees💦. First of all, don't mix it. Yes, it's light. The sweetness is not that strong either. You can feel a little fizzy. Mix it. It has become thicker. I can feel the sweetness. The richness has become stronger and it is delicious. It's like sweet sake✨. But I can't seem to get rid of the lack of it. I don't know if I could get drunk even if I drank it all. If you're new to sake, or doburoku, I think it's great! I'll enjoy this one 🙌.

It is the first sake of Gifu. It is read as "Bojimaya". It is a stylish blue bottle. The color is a little cloudy, and it has a faint sweet aroma. When you take a sip, it tastes sweet at first, but it is a dry sake. It breaks quickly and a pleasant bitterness spreads. Because it is undiluted sake, the alcohol is strong, but once you take a sip, you will want to drink it again. It's the perfect sake for summer, when you're craving snacks!

Gohashi is derived from the Kintai Bridge. I only found out about it recently, but it has a much longer history than Ottersai, also from Yamaguchi! It has a yellowish color and an aroma with a sense of maturity. When you take a sip, it's sweet! The sweetness comes quickly. It is not the sweetness that is popular these days, but the sweetness of aging. The bitterness is pleasant, and it goes down smoothly. It is different from Ottersai, but I feel the same refreshing feeling. It's nice to have this flavor at room temperature! I'll be testing it further after I open it to see how much it changes at room temp 🙌.

This is the famous Kuroryu, but this is my first post here. First time with Natsu Shibori! It's a stylish bottle. It is almost transparent and has a faint sweet aroma. When you take a sip, you can taste the subtle sweetness and then the pleasant bitterness. The bitterness is pleasant, but then it quickly fades away. It has a deep flavor for a summer sake and goes well with strong flavored dishes. It has a high alcohol content of 17 degrees. Enjoy it slowly and leisurely!

I happened to find this at the store. I love kudoki and I love lees. How can it not be delicious? I bought it on the spur of the moment💦. The color is cloudy white and looks delicious. The aroma is wonderful. When you take a sip, the sweetness is full force. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a good idea. It tastes just as described, full of flavor. I'm very happy with another glass, so I'll enjoy it slowly 🙌.

It was sparkling sake💦. It said "secondary fermentation in bottle" but I opened it carelessly and the stopper popped💦and the contents overflowed💦wasteful😢. It's very fizzy. It has a rich sweetness and a bitterness at the end that I can't get enough of. It feels very light, but it's 16°C, so be careful. I don't drink a lot of sparkling, but this is a delicious drink with a lingering bitterness that invites another glass. Just be careful opening the bottle!

The first sake from Ehime I've ever drunk. Beautiful label! A clear and beautiful sake. It says "rose yeast", and it certainly has a gorgeous aroma. When you take a sip, the sweetness spreads quickly. Delicious! After that, it leaves a bitter taste, and then breaks off quickly. It is sweet, but the sweetness is refreshing and makes you want another cup. You can drink it on its own, but you might not be able to stop yourself from picking it up😁. Drink it slowly😋🍴

Long time no roman. I used to drink it a lot back in the day, and it's all good. This is my first time with Kasumi Roman! Let's start with the supernatant. It's colorless and transparent, and has a gorgeous sweet aroma. When you take a sip, it's sweet! It breaks up quickly while retaining its petite texture. That's Romain! Mix it. It's nice and cloudy, and the flavor has settled down. It's an adult yogurt! It's not too sweet, not too bitter, and it's so easy to drink that I can't believe it's 17 degrees. This is not bad💦. Fukushima's sake is truly amazing! I love it because it's all so good 🙌.

I couldn't buy Senkou's Hope last year! I'm so glad I got one this year! It's been a year in the making 🙌. It's a little white in colour and has a sweet, clean aroma. You don't need to drink it to know how good it is😁. When you take a sip, it's fizzy and then sweet, with a heavy richness on top. It's sweet and juicy! It has a slight bitterness that lingers and a lingering finish. I can drink it easily😃. Enjoy and drink slowly😋🍴

This is Raifuku, probably the first sake from Ibaraki. It has a cherry color like spring. There's a little bit of mist, but it's almost clear. It has a sweet cherry blossom scent! The aroma is gorgeous, but it's not that sweet, and it's easy to drink. If you mix it up and make it lightly nigori, it becomes rich and delicious! There is little bitterness, and in a good way, it is refreshing and can be drunk without any resistance! If you're new to sake, I recommend drinking it like water! Don't drink too much😋🍴

Today is the first day in Fukuoka. A Japanese bush warbler in the garden. It's almost transparent, though it really has some crests. It's not that gorgeous, it's more of a semedyne type. The flavor is very strong, and it goes through the nose. I also feel the sweetness, and it's a good feeling that cuts through quickly. As a whole, it is a juicy type with a strong sweetness. I sprinkle it and put oriji on it. The sweetness increases even more, and it becomes delicious. It's also a type of sake that can be drunk slowly. I will drink it slowly😋🍴

This is my favorite Kudokido. I can't start the month of March without drinking this. I don't have to explain it, but this sake is really focused on the number 3. The price of 3333 yen for Jundais is too much. I have drunk this sake many times, but I will try to explain. It has a yellowish color and a sweet aroma. This is it, this is it. When you put it in your mouth, it flows quickly and has a sweet taste first. You can feel the flavor in the throat. I liked this so much that I was looking for a similar sake, but I couldn't describe the taste, so I gave up. Even if you drink it now, I don't think there is anything that can compare to Kudoki. A pleasant bitterness spreads at the end! When I brought this to a gathering of people who don't drink much sake, it was gone in an instant and they urged me to bring more. I think it's only available in one bottle, but it's definitely one you should try at least once!

Today we are going to talk about Shichida in our Origari series. Nabeshima, Koechiku and Shichida are the most famous sakes from Saga. My expectations are high. I was nervous when I opened the bottle, but there was no problem at all. Let's start with the supernatant. The color is clear and slightly foamy. It smells sweet. It's delicious. The sweetness spreads and breaks off quickly. This is my favorite kind. Mix it. It has a sweet taste with a hint of bitterness. It's so good! I can drink it easily. It's muddled, so I'll have it with potatoes and cheese🍴🙏.

This is the first time to drink this. I guess black and white are the most famous, but I'll go for red, even though it's my first time. It's a red-colored sake. But the bottle is red. When you open it in a glass, it is almost colorless and transparent. It has a sweet smell of maturing. When you take a sip, it spreads in your mouth and goes through your nose. It is not too sweet, not too bitter, just the right balance, and the finish is outstanding. The aftertaste is refreshing. The taste is a little bit aged, so it's more for experts than what's popular these days. But there is no unpleasant feeling at all. I'm full today, so I thought I'd just have a drink, but this is the kind of drink that makes you want to try it with something. I'll have some light snacks 😋🍴.

This is another Harukoi that has been posted numerous times. I got my hands on some and I'm drinking it! I was afraid to open the bottle, but I succeeded in opening the bottle without exploding 🙌. It's amazing how fizzy it is! It says "strawberry" on the bottle, but it smells and looks exactly like a strawberry shake. This is sweet! The supernatant that forms after a while in the glass is really sweet. It's juice. But then the bitterness comes in, and it leaves a delicious taste, but it also breaks up. It's amazing. I've been drinking a lot of muddled sake lately, but I think this is the best in terms of ori, I feel like I'm drinking muddled sake! I got some nice tuna sashimi to go with it and it's great 🙌! I'll be enjoying this tonight😋🍴

Kameizumi has a high reputation. In fact, it's my first sake from Kochi 🙌. Almost transparent in color. It's already sweet at this stage. Yes, it's as sweet as they say. But it's not a sticky sweetness, it's a refreshing sweetness that flows easily. It also has a little bit of blackness, which is similar to my favorite Kudokido. I've been wanting to try this Shizengo 🙌. Finally got it. Slightly yellowish in color with a sweet smell. It's amazing, it just flows like water. When you take a sip, the sweetness stands out, and then it cuts through with a hint of umami. It is a very well-balanced sake, sweet but not too sweet, and you can drink it easily. I don't think this is the type of sake that needs to be aged too long! I'll enjoy it slowly😋.

It's a recent hot property. The label is so cool 🙌. When you open the heavy lid, you can hear a slight carbonation leak. When you pour it into a glass, it's slightly yellowish in color and bubbly. The aroma is clean and crisp. The mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing, and you can feel the heavy flavor. There is a slight bitterness, but it doesn't bother me, and it cuts through quickly. I think I can enjoy this on its own. It's my favorite type. I hope to repeat this again😃. I will enjoy it slowly ☀️.
