Miura Shuzo is famous for Toyobai. The name of the sake is "N". It was given to me, so I decided to try it for the first time. It is recommended to be served at room temperature to lukewarm, so I started at room temperature. It has a slightly yellowish, slightly sweet aroma with a sense of maturity. One sip and it's easy to drink, given the low 13 degrees Celsius! It is an almost habit-free sake with a moderate acidity. It has a refreshing aftertaste. It is a sake that has the feel of a mealtime drink. It might taste better if it were warmed up. I warmed it for 30 seconds. The acidity is almost gone, and it is much easier to drink than at room temperature. It has almost no sweetness and is easy to drink like water, so be careful not to drink too much. Since the heat seems to have passed, I will enjoy it lukewarm today 😋.

I went to buy them when they first started selling them, but they were sold out so quickly that I gave up on them this time. I went there another day without any expectations and unexpectedly found it. It was a bottle, but I didn't hesitate to grab it! I'm getting more and more addicted to Sentori💦. I really don't need any more sake reviews. It's really good again this year. The acidity is a little stronger. The acidity is what makes this sake more and more dangerous to drink. It is low in alcohol content, but has a full body and a clean aftertaste. It is perfect. The second rainy season has ended and the heat wave continues, but instead of beer, I'm going to cool off for a while with Kabutomushi 😃. Well, I am happy to see Kabutomushi again this year 😋.

I have had a lot of Sentori, but this is my first organic naturals. I still haven't caught the rhinoceros beetle, and once I do, it's naturals. It has a slight yellow tinge, but is almost colorless. The aroma is that it is a noble sake, so it is stiffly sweet and has a hint of origami. A sip reveals that it is just like this! It has a fizziness and is sweet like honey, filling the mouth. It is sweet like honey and it fills your mouth. It is sweet, but it does not feel sluggish, and it wears off while leaving a pleasant mouthfeel. It is so delicious, you can't help but sigh. It can be enjoyed on its own. Today is Friday. I will enjoy it while chewing slowly 😋.

I have newly registered. Kikumasamune is well-known, but it is a regional brand Hyakushoku, sold only in Hyogo. I guess you could say that it tastes so good that even if a hundred people drink it, it will shut them up. My family who went to Hyogo bought it for me. It is almost colorless and has a sweet aroma. This is my favorite flavor 🙌! It's so sweet and rich. It has a rich sweet aftertaste. This is the kind of sake that I would pair with snacks, or rather, it's the kind of sake that accentuates the taste of many drinks. It is sweet, but has a high alcohol content, so I would like to drink it slowly while chewing it. I would like to taste it again at a restaurant in Hyogo, the home of this sake.

I drank the last Hanahayo Yoku that I haven't had in a while and it was so good that I got excited and bought it again ❗️. This time, it is an unfiltered raw Yamadanishiki sake. It has a slightly yellowish color and the smell is not so sweet. When you take a sip, a soft sweetness rides on your tongue and you can hardly feel bitterness. It is easy to drink like water, but it tastes so good that you can't help but sigh. You can also feel the richness, but it is not unpleasant, and the lingering sensation takes you further down the sip. I have prepared the best snacks, so I will savor it slowly tonight 😋.

I drank it last year, Harukoi. Rumor has it that it gets better every year. I was looking forward to it 🙌. First, the supernatant. Yes! I just can't get enough of this richness! Not too sweet and just the right amount of bitterness. There was a warning about opening the bottle, but it was fine, so I shook it. The amount of oli is not enough to fully mix, but I took a sip when it was just right. The sweetness was reduced, and it became a rich, sour, strawberry-like, fizzy cup, just as it looks. It's also quite low in alcohol content, so you'll be able to open a quart of this 💦. I'll enjoy it while feeling the soon-to-be-ending spring 😋.

I knew that Kubota, the representative of light, dry sake, has been evolving year by year, or rather, has been releasing various kinds of sake according to the times, but finally, nigori is released! So I bought it without hesitation. The cool label gave me high expectations. There was about 10% ori, but I opened the bottle without any ori. The aroma was not so sweet, but when I took a sip, I couldn't help but notice how sweet it was! It is sweeter than expected. It has enough flavor, which I like. Mix it. It has turned pure white. When I mix it, the sweetness is suppressed and the taste is fruity and refreshing. I prefer to keep drinking this one 😃. The alcohol content is also low at 13 degrees, so it's a dangerous drink that I can enjoy it while sipping. Enjoy it while savoring it slowly 😋.

Nature Township is all the rage these days. This is my first time in Kasumi❗️ It has a slightly musty color and an overwhelming sense of effervescence. There is not much carbonation, but it has a subtle sweetness and almost no miscellaneous taste. It is a very easy to drink sake. The alcohol content is low (13%), so you can drink it easily. When it's hot, I'd rather drink beer than sake! I would rather drink beer than sake when it's hot, but I think I can drink this one without losing out 🙌. I will savor it slowly so as not to drink too much 😋.

It was a very stylish label, and I was a little worried, but upon closer inspection, it was Glorious Fuji! And it's 33% polished rice from Snow Goddess! I have nothing but high expectations. Lately all I get is Glorious Fuji. But that's okay because it's delicious 🙌. It has a slightly yellowish color and that Eiko Fuji aroma. Sweet. When you take a sip, the fresh fruit-like sweetness hits you with a thump and flows easily without any unwanted flavors. This is the kind of sake that makes you want to be drawn in by the lingering aftertaste for a while. Although the alcohol content is a little high at 16%, this is a wonderful sake that does not make you feel it at all. It is a bottle that I would like you to try. Taste it slowly 😋.

I had decided that my first sake from Yamanashi would be Shichiken, but I couldn't find it 💦. I just happened to find it and bought it instantly! It has a spring-like label and is orikara, but with a slight nigorigo. The aroma is gorgeous and not too sweet. When you take a sip, it has a slight effervescence. It has a mild sweetness that is not too sweet. A moderate bitterness passes through, and it wears off quickly without lingering. It is a pleasant and delicious sake. You don't feel the alcohol content that much, and you are deeply impressed by how delicious it is. Savor it slowly 😋.

I've been drinking Houou Mita for a long time, but this is my first time drinking Hatsu Shibori 😃. It has a yellowish color and a sweet aroma. This is sweet and rich in flavor. My favorite oriental beauty. And it's a creeper. It's sure to be good lol! However, there is only a small amount of Ori that can be seen. Almost colorless, with some suspended solids. The aroma is sweetness. Drinking. Wow, it is sweet, just like Toyo Bijin! Moreover, it has a more all-out, intense sweetness than usual. It is sweet, but it cuts through in a nice way. There is no bitterness at all. It is a stress-free and enjoyable sake. It is 16 degrees, so enjoy it with care 😋.

I bought this at the end of the year, but I've been looking forward to it so much that I'm opening it now. First snowman☃️! Let's start with the supernatant. There's still some firing. It's a bit sweet. It's thick, and the acidity is strong. It has a pleasant bitterness. I mix it gently. It doesn't mix at all. There are a lot of orifices, so I could barely mix it. It is sweet, but the richness has subsided, and there is a moderate sourness and a mild bitterness that lingers. It's low in alcohol by volume and has a good amount of carbonation, so it's easy to gulp it down. My expectations may have been too high. Personally, I prefer Hirotogawa's Nigori. Be careful not to drink too much😋.

Before it became so famous, it was easy to find, and I used to buy it from time to time, not because I drank a lot of it, but because it tasted so good. I found it on sale in a set of two, so I bought it for the first time in a while. It is yellowish in color and has a sweet aroma. The sweetness spreads to the mouth at once, and it is rich and crisp.
