かつお
Miura Shuzo is famous for Toyobai. The name of the sake is "N". It was given to me, so I decided to try it for the first time.
It is recommended to be served at room temperature to lukewarm, so I started at room temperature.
It has a slightly yellowish, slightly sweet aroma with a sense of maturity.
One sip and it's easy to drink, given the low 13 degrees Celsius! It is an almost habit-free sake with a moderate acidity. It has a refreshing aftertaste.
It is a sake that has the feel of a mealtime drink.
It might taste better if it were warmed up.
I warmed it for 30 seconds.
The acidity is almost gone, and it is much easier to drink than at room temperature. It has almost no sweetness and is easy to drink like water, so be careful not to drink too much.
Since the heat seems to have passed, I will enjoy it lukewarm today 😋.
