かつおToyo Bijin is good at whatever it drinks. And it's a limited edition tank drop! I don't know what it means, but when I saw it, I naturally went for it. I have no regrets at all. The color is clear and the aroma is overwhelmingly fruity and sweet. When I took a sip, it was as sweet and juicy as I imagined it would be. You can hardly feel the bitterness, but it stays in your body after you drink it, probably because it has 16 degrees. Well, it's still good. It's too good. It's sweet, but not tart, and it makes me want to drink it again. It's the kind of beer that makes you want to take your time and savor the taste of sake without food😋.

かつおLocal Toyama sake. My father brought this sake to me. I drank it thinking it was a so-called old-fashioned sake. This is a very easy to drink sake. It is brewed alcohol, but it is used well. It has a clear throat and sweetness. Sweetness of cream. A great sake for the common man that you can keep drinking forever 🙌.

Romanしもふりロ万純米吟醸原酒

かつおI've drunk a lot of Roman, but this is my first time with Shimofuri. I love muddiness, so I have high expectations 🙌! Let's start with the supernatant. It has a sweet aroma, but it's a little subdued. One sip and it's sweet! That's it. It's not too sweet, but it has a slight bitterness that leaves a pleasant aftertaste. If you like a dry taste, you may not like it. Personally, I love it. However, it is 17 degrees. It is undiluted sake, so be careful not to drink too much ⚠️. If you mix it to make it whiter, the bitterness eases even more and it's easier to drink! Either way, savor it slowly😋.

かつおSlightly yellowish in color. It has a sweet aroma. The rich sweet taste spreads to the mouth. This is so good! I couldn't help but shout💦. The richness and sweetness of the flavors hit you hard, and there's a slight bitterness, but it's hardly noticeable. It's not just a quick snack, it's a rich taste that stays in your mouth. It's not too tart, though, so you can keep drinking. This is good. This is one that I would like to drink again❗️.

Mimurosugi雄町純米吟醸ひやおろし

かつおStable mimuro cedar, you don't need to drink it to know it's good 🙌. It has a slightly yellowish color and a full-blown sweetness that cuts right through the aroma. After the sweetness comes the acidity, and it leaves a pleasant aftertaste. You can also feel the richness of hiyaoroshi. The usual easy drinking Mimurosugi has been accentuated in a good way and has become a good feeling. It's so rich that you can drink it with just one bottle, savoring it slowly😋.

かつおAfter much hesitation, I finally bought it. I love the Kudokugi, so I can't help it if I've already found it💦. It comes in a black box with a top quality feel to it. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great idea. I'm so glad I found it. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not. I'm sure you'll love it. It's just like a good kiss. When you take a sip, you will feel a little bitterness at the same time as sweetness. The bitterness and the sweetness spread in the mouth, and the aftertaste lingers until the back of the throat. It is the kind of sake that makes you sigh when you finish drinking it. It is one that should be enjoyed on its own rather than with something else❗️ It was expensive, so I'll be savoring it slowly and carefully😋

かつおIt's a year-round sake, like spring. It's a wallet-friendly sake that tastes great warm, so let's drink it. It has an aroma with a hint of maturity and a yellow color. First, we try drinking it at room temperature. It has a sweet taste and goes down quickly. It doesn't have much of an aged feeling, so it can be drunk without resistance. Let's warm it up. It has a strong aroma. The sweetness becomes strong and it is very easy to drink. It's not enough by itself, so it's good to pair it with snacks! I think it's easy to match even with strong flavored food. Savor it slowly😋.

Tedorigawa純米生詰酒

かつおIt's autumn, the classic season series of Tedorigawa. This is the first time for me. I often hear that it is not as dry as it is written, but what do you think? It has a slightly yellowish color and a sweeter aroma than I expected. The initial mouthfeel is sweet, but soon after, a bitterness rushes down the throat. I see, so this is a dry sake. However, the aftertaste is quick and crisp, and there is almost no alcohol feeling. The sweetness doesn't linger at all, so it's a sake that makes you want to have another drink with your snacks. Because it is refreshing, it does not interfere with food. I'll have it with some good food😋.

かつおI was so impressed with the taste of Kabutomushi that I bought some sparklers too. From here, red dragonfly -> snowman -> hanami... I can't get out of senkou 😁. It has a yellowish color and a nice aroma of sweetness and sourness typical of Senkou. I'm not sure what to make of it. The bitterness remains. This invites the appetite. It's very hot today, so it's just right for drinking. I have a lot of things left to do in the summer, but I want to drink this today and feel the summer slowly 😋.

Kudokijozu穀潰し純米大吟醸生詰酒

かつおIt's my favorite kudoki-gei grain crushers. In the past, I managed to pluck up the courage to buy a bottle, but this year they're offering a 4-pack bottle, so I can easily buy it. Thank goodness🙌! No, but this is a terrific cosmo for polishing it down to 22%. The color is almost colorless. Most importantly, the aroma is amazing! You don't even have to drink it to know how sweet it is. When you taste it, you can feel the intense sweetness and the richness in your throat. The bitterness is almost non-existent, but it's not too sweet, and it goes away quickly. The sweetness is quite strong, so I'd like to drink it by itself over several days slowly! If you buy a bottle, the taste will oxidize over time, so in that sense, the Yogo bottle is a good buy ❗ The taste is very strong, and it is not too sweet.

かつおThis is my first time to drink Ice Breaker. First, I drank it straight. It's a little yellowish in color with a slightly pungent smell. When you take a sip, you get the impression that it's a strong sake with a strong sour taste. It's delicious, but it's a bit too strong for me. I drink it on the rocks. I add about 6 ice cubes and wait a little. I can't help but shout, "Ah! It's just too good. It becomes quite easy to drink, and the acidity is just right. The sweet aftertaste lingers, and the throat feels refreshingly clean. I'm going to drink this one very easily❗. I've heard it's also good warm, so I'll have to try that later!

かつおIt's a well-known Oriental beauty. This is the first time I have had it. It has a clear color with a hint of sweetness and an aroma of alcohol. This is, um, good! From the faint sweetness, the sweetness permeates the throat. There is almost no alcohol taste, and it goes down easily. There is a faint bitterness at the end, so it's a dangerous sake that will keep you coming back for more. It is a bottle that is good enough for drinking alone. It is very close to Kudokigayo, which I like. The alcohol content is high, so drink slowly😋.

かつおBeware of opening the bottle! This is a nigorizake (nigori sake). I was going to drink the supernatant because it had a lot of ori, but it got mixed up while I was opening it💦. When you pour it into a glass, it foams up like beer. When I took a sip, the sweetness was all over the place, and the throat felt like beer 🙌 great for a hot summer! You can barely taste the bitterness, but it cuts through quickly, so it's not too sweet at all. I'm tempted to gulp it down, but it's 13 degrees, so I'll drink it with care 🙌!

かつおThe famous Sharaku. There is nothing but expectation. Almost colorless and transparent. It has a slight yellowish tinge. A sweet aroma drifts in the air😋. When you take a sip, the sweetness spreads throughout your mouth. You can feel a little bitterness, but it goes away easily. This is delicious! The alcohol content is a little high at 16 degrees, but it's not nearly as alcoholic as it sounds. That's Sharaku🙌! I'm going to watch the Olympics while chewing it slowly and eating some pickled hotarui squid as a side dish😁.

かつおKabutomushi was something I used to have at the store, but the label was too cute, so I stopped buying it. In the last year or so, I've been watching YouTube and stuff a lot, and I️ was surprised to see how much Kabutomushi was appreciated. I couldn't get the Winter Yukidaruma, but I was able to capture the Kabutomushi. I'm going to drink it today 🙌 with high expectations 😁. It's a little yellowish in color and has a distinct sweet and sour aroma. It has a sweet taste, a bitter taste, and a crisp finish. Well, it is a lemon squash for adults. It's more like a grapefruit. I love grapefruit, so the bitterness is good for me🙌. Okay, no wonder it's so popular, you should definitely drink this! It's the perfect sake for such a hot day 🙌.

かつおIt's been a long time since I drank Daishinshu 3 or 4 years ago and was impressed with it, it's even better than I imagined! It's been a long time since I drank it. Natsuzake is easy to drink, but not very satisfying to drink, but I heard this one is different, so I bought it immediately. It has a slightly yellowish color and a sweet aroma. Oh, this is the one I love. It has a sweet taste, like Kudokukidake, and every time I finish a sip, I feel it is very satisfying. It's 16 degrees, so it's not light, but you can enjoy it on its own without snacks. This will be a must have for the next year! Enjoy it slowly 🙌.

かつおFamous daytime and nighttime. Drink for the first time❗ Yellowish color, sweet and light aroma makes you feel summer😁. It's a refreshing drink that doesn't make you feel the 16 degrees of alcohol. You can feel the sweetness, but it goes away quickly. The aftertaste leaves a pleasant alcohol feeling, and you can get drunk comfortably. Slow down, don't drink too much, and enjoy a nightcap to ease the summer heat 🙌.

Edo Kaijouどぶろく純米

かつおI haven't recorded any sake from Tokyo yet, and it's from the big city of Shiba. And because it was doburoku, I bought it immediately. But after I bought it, I realized that the alcohol content was very low. This sake has a super low alcohol content of 5 to 6 degrees💦. First of all, don't mix it. Yes, it's light. The sweetness is not that strong either. You can feel a little fizzy. Mix it. It has become thicker. I can feel the sweetness. The richness has become stronger and it is delicious. It's like sweet sake✨. But I can't seem to get rid of the lack of it. I don't know if I could get drunk even if I drank it all. If you're new to sake, or doburoku, I think it's great! I'll enjoy this one 🙌.

Bojimayaブルーボトル純米原酒生酒無濾過

かつおIt is the first sake of Gifu. It is read as "Bojimaya". It is a stylish blue bottle. The color is a little cloudy, and it has a faint sweet aroma. When you take a sip, it tastes sweet at first, but it is a dry sake. It breaks quickly and a pleasant bitterness spreads. Because it is undiluted sake, the alcohol is strong, but once you take a sip, you will want to drink it again. It's the perfect sake for summer, when you're craving snacks!

Gokyo純米

かつおGohashi is derived from the Kintai Bridge. I only found out about it recently, but it has a much longer history than Ottersai, also from Yamaguchi! It has a yellowish color and an aroma with a sense of maturity. When you take a sip, it's sweet! The sweetness comes quickly. It is not the sweetness that is popular these days, but the sweetness of aging. The bitterness is pleasant, and it goes down smoothly. It is different from Ottersai, but I feel the same refreshing feeling. It's nice to have this flavor at room temperature! I'll be testing it further after I open it to see how much it changes at room temp 🙌.
