This is the first time to drink this.
I guess black and white are the most famous, but I'll go for red, even though it's my first time.
It's a red-colored sake. But the bottle is red. When you open it in a glass, it is almost colorless and transparent. It has a sweet smell of maturing.
When you take a sip, it spreads in your mouth and goes through your nose.
It is not too sweet, not too bitter, just the right balance, and the finish is outstanding. The aftertaste is refreshing.
The taste is a little bit aged, so it's more for experts than what's popular these days. But there is no unpleasant feeling at all.
I'm full today, so I thought I'd just have a drink, but this is the kind of drink that makes you want to try it with something.
