I'm going to try an original brand from a local liquor store, which my wife bought. It is my favorite Yamagata sake. Colorless and transparent. The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of alcohol. The mouthfeel is light and crisp, but the umami is strong and overwhelming. As expected from Yamagata, the taste is similar to my favorite Kudoki-Ue from Yamagata. The sweetness is only slightly perceptible. This is a sake that should be savored carefully on its own. However, it is quite high in alcohol (17%), so be careful not to drink too much.

Shinshu Kamerei is rarely available in recent years. I was able to buy it for the first time. Almost colorless and transparent, with a sweet aroma. When you take a sip, the sweetness comes in full force, which is what one would expect from a good sake these days. However, it is not too sweet and disappears quickly with a slight bitterness. It is as delicious as its reputation. I would like to savor it one cup at a time, though I will probably finish it soon. It was hot today, so I will enjoy it while cooling down.

I bought this to drink with my father who likes dry sake. I am more of a sweet-tasting person, but you can't go wrong with Mutsu Hachisen 😏. It is clear and colorless, and although it is called dry, it has a sweet aroma. As the name "mellow dry" suggests, it is not sweet, but the umami flavor spreads in the mouth. It is not flashy, but when you want to savor it slowly and savor it carefully, you can drink it slowly while eating small bites of snacks! The alcohol content is a bit high, so taste with care 😋.

It has been a day since I purchased it, but I could not open it easily because of the great fizz. I personally think Hirotogawa is the best winter muddy! This exquisite sweetness and bitterness is immeasurable. It is sad that it is getting harder to buy than Yukidaruma, but I pray that I can find it again next year (this year?). I will savor it slowly, praying that I can find it again next year (this year?) 😋.

The snowman is becoming unseasonable. Drink before you forget! It's been a while since I bought it, but the fizziness hasn't changed. It has a strong acidity and a moderate bitterness. It's not as fizzy as I thought it would be, and has a nice sweetness. It's refreshing and a perfect food sake. It may become richer if you let it sit for a while. It tastes better if you don't let it sit for too long, but that's just my taste. I savor it with the feeling that winter is about to end.

Eiko-Fuji is my favorite recently. I am looking forward to drinking Oorigara-mi. The bottle has a beautiful hazy color, and the color is exactly cloudy with a sense of effervescence. When you take a sip, you first feel the effervescence. The sweetness spreads to the front and makes you mouth water. It quickly runs out of flavor. The umami spreads in the mouth and does not remain in the back of the throat. Although it is quite high at 16%, it is so easy to drink that you don't feel it at all! This is delicious. I will enjoy it with Osechi cuisine.

It is the first time in a year that I have had a cold chrysanthemum muddy. I remember the last time I felt the sweetness of the water was no more. I already mix it from the beginning. It is a beautiful sake in a beautiful bottle, worthy of the name Shiraginkai. The aroma is sweetness at its fullest. As I took a sip, memories of a year ago came back to me. This sweetness is amazing. The deep richness follows afterwards. There is no cloying taste at all. But it is not too sweet and sticky. This is a bottle that I highly recommend beginners to try, and it is sure to increase the number of sake fans. It has a strength of 13%, so be careful not to drink too much and enjoy it slowly at the end of the year.

I wanted to drink something sweet for the first time in a while, so I decided to go with Teppan's Eiko Fuji. However, this was my first Hiyayogoshi. I wondered what it would be like. Almost colorless and transparent. It has a strong sweet smell. This is Eikoufuji. When you take a sip, the sweetness first comes through. After that, the bitterness of hiyaoroshi lingers. However, it is not that strong and wears off gently. You can't help but exclaim, "Ah, it's so good! The bitterness makes you want another cup of sake. It is easy to drink, but be careful not to drink too much as it is 16 degrees Celsius. It is said that it will change again after some time, so savor it slowly 😋.

I haven't had a capsicum in a year. I bought it about 2 months ago, but now that it's getting hotter, I'm finally drinking it 😏. Still the same mature lemon. A bit more sour this time, I guess! But I think the low alcohol content makes it even easier to drink in the summer 😊The flavor is strong and it's delicious. I bought a bottle, but I wonder how long it will last. I'm going to enjoy the hot summer with gusto 😋.

It's been two years, I guess, since I've had kudzu lees. There is nothing but delicious elements 😁. It's beautifully cloudy even without shaking. It has a sweet aroma. The mouthfeel is sweet, with a hint of bitterness and a nice aftertaste that fades away. It is so good that you can't help but sigh. I thought so before, but I feel that the flavor is more concentrated the longer you wait after opening the bottle. Since it is a bottle, I will enjoy it slowly during the Golden Week holidays.

This is Hirotogawa nigori, which may be my favorite of the three major personal nigori (Yukidaruma Hirotogawa Tedorigawa Hakusyu). We have high expectations for this year. The sweetness comes first, followed by a pleasant bitterness and acidity. Well, it is an exquisite sake. Overall, Hirotogawa is my favorite. Snowball is a little short on acidity, and Hakusyu has a strong bitterness. Kangiku no Nigori is completely sweet, and that one is very good, so I will buy it again next year 😁. This is how I buy more and more things every year. I wish you another year of great sake!

The well-known snowman. It is an annual staple. Start with a muddy start. Clear and refreshing. There is a hint of sweetness, but no bitterness. It is clean and goes down smoothly. I love Kudokitoe. I found a rare four-pack bottle, so I bought it immediately 🙌. Kudokidote is even sweet and mellow, but I hear it's even better when it's freshly squeezed. It has a slightly yellowish color and a sweet aroma. One sip and you know it's Kudokidote! The sweetness is in full bloom, filling the mouth and spreading throughout the brain. There is almost no bitterness. It is quite dangerous because it is 16 degrees Celsius. While drinking various kinds of alcohol, having this one in the middle makes it even brighter 😃I look forward to the day when I can drink it with all my might at a restaurant like that, and slowly savor it at home 😋.

Cold chrysanthemums are in vogue now. Is this the first nigori this season? It looks beautiful and very promising. When mixed, it has a great fuming feeling, but it is easy to open because of the holes in the sen. One sip and the sweetness is in full bloom! As it claims to be an adult calpis soda, it is sweet like a juice, with almost no bitterness. It is not too sweet, but it leaves a pleasant sweetness in the back of your throat. This is the greatest drinkability in my history. At only 13 degrees Celsius, it is low in alcohol, so if you are not careful, you may end up drinking it in large gulps. It can be enjoyed by itself, but it is best to savor it slowly with snacks😃.

One of my personal top 3 niggles from last year. Great expectations. Opening the bottle was easier than expected. I will be mixing it from the beginning 🍴🙏. Once mixed, the fuming is amazing. It starts out sweet, but not too sweet, and a pleasant bitterness runs through and slowly wears off. It is a delicious sake filled with the energy of rice and fermentation. It will continue to be delicious after a few days, when the fizziness has lessened, so savor it slowly.

This is my first delicious Shichiken winter sake 😁. It is called Silkysnow, but there is no oli and it is clear. It has a sweet aroma. It has been some time since I have had sake. It is getting colder and colder, and this is the sake for the fall season. It has a slightly yellowish color and an aroma with a sense of maturity. Well, it is delicious. It gives me a sense of relief. As with hiyaoroshi, the flavor is rich and a little heavy, but there is almost no bitterness. It clears the throat without any bitterness. It is not for complete beginners, but it is easy to drink as an introduction to hiyaoroshi. It is 16%, so it is easy to drink, but be careful not to drink too much. Enjoy it with miso nabe (hot pot).
