This is the end of the New Year's sake. New sake from Kudoki. The four-pack bottle is a delight 😏. Slightly yellowish color. It has a sweet, refreshing aroma. The sweet mouthfeel is followed by a moderate bitterness, and then a sharp taste that goes down your throat. This is KUDOKI, isn't it? I love it. I haven't had it for a long time, but I am as happy as ever. I will enjoy it slowly and carefully for the last time at the beginning of the year 😋.

I managed to get it again this year. Every year it gets harder and harder to get them, but I'm glad I had the courage to stick with it. I started the New Year with my personal favorite, Hirotogawa no Muddy! As in the previous year, the moment you open the bottle, a hint of ooze mixes in. The aroma is sweet and stable. You can tell the moment you take a sip. It has a full-bodied flavor and a smooth finish. Not too sweet, not too bitter, exquisite. I want to savor it slowly, and the snacks will also go well with it. Since I can drink from early today, I will spend a relaxing New Year's Day 😋.

It has been a long time since my last visit to Eiko-Fuji. After all, winter is nigori, isn't it? This is no doubt. There is not so much fizziness. It is a little bit cloudy and has a sweet aroma. When you take a sip, you will feel a rush of sweetness. The moderate richness and slight bitterness are pleasant. It is sweet, but it goes away quickly, and there is no unpleasant feeling. Even without snacks, this sake can be enjoyed on its own. 16 degrees Celsius, but it is easy to drink without feeling it. You can't go wrong with Yamagata's sake! Today is the last day of work. I can't finish, but I'll forget about tomorrow and enjoy the present 😋.

It has a sweet aroma. When you take a sip, you will be overwhelmed by its sweetness. It is full of richness. It is quite sweet, perhaps because it has been left to sit for a while. This alone is enough to enjoy. In summer, I tend to drink highballs, but sake is the best. It's easy to drink, but it has a good amount of alcohol, so it's the first sake I've had in a while, and I'm going to savor it slowly.

It is peculiar, but not unpleasant. It's the kind of thing you want to pair with something. It is not too assertive, so it seems to go with everything. It's a small amount, so take your time and savor it 😋.

It's a small liquor store that I don't usually go to, but for some reason they carry Shinshu Kamerei. I happened to pass by and found it and luckily got it! I got this and one more bottle to enjoy. Transparent color. Overwhelming sweet aroma. This is sweet. Too sweet. The alcohol content is 15%, but there is no sense of alcohol. It is a sake that goes well with soba (buckwheat noodles), so it does not interfere with the meal. I want to savor it slowly. I think the taste will fade as the day goes by, so I'll drink it slowly and quickly 😋.

The annual Hirotogawa nigori. I like this one the best. It was almost hopeless again this time, but I was able to get the last bottle (^o^). It still has the same effervescence. Just by opening the bottle, it mixes on its own. The sweet aroma is just floating in the air. The usual moderate sweetness and moderate bitterness. It is too easy to drink. It is the best. I want a bottle after all. I will drink it with care.

I'm going to try an original brand from a local liquor store, which my wife bought. It is my favorite Yamagata sake. Colorless and transparent. The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of alcohol. The mouthfeel is light and crisp, but the umami is strong and overwhelming. As expected from Yamagata, the taste is similar to my favorite Kudoki-Ue from Yamagata. The sweetness is only slightly perceptible. This is a sake that should be savored carefully on its own. However, it is quite high in alcohol (17%), so be careful not to drink too much.

I bought this to drink with my father who likes dry sake. I am more of a sweet-tasting person, but you can't go wrong with Mutsu Hachisen 😏. It is clear and colorless, and although it is called dry, it has a sweet aroma. As the name "mellow dry" suggests, it is not sweet, but the umami flavor spreads in the mouth. It is not flashy, but when you want to savor it slowly and savor it carefully, you can drink it slowly while eating small bites of snacks! The alcohol content is a bit high, so taste with care 😋.

Eiko-Fuji is my favorite recently. I am looking forward to drinking Oorigara-mi. The bottle has a beautiful hazy color, and the color is exactly cloudy with a sense of effervescence. When you take a sip, you first feel the effervescence. The sweetness spreads to the front and makes you mouth water. It quickly runs out of flavor. The umami spreads in the mouth and does not remain in the back of the throat. Although it is quite high at 16%, it is so easy to drink that you don't feel it at all! This is delicious. This sweetness is amazing. The deep richness follows afterwards. There is no cloying taste at all. But it is not too sweet and sticky. This is a bottle that I highly recommend beginners to try, and it is sure to increase the number of sake fans. I wanted to drink something sweet for the first time in a while, so I decided to go with Teppan's Eiko Fuji. However, this was my first Hiyayogoshi. I wondered what it would be like. Almost colorless and transparent. It has a strong sweet smell. This is Eikoufuji. When you take a sip, the sweetness first comes through. After that, the bitterness of hiyaoroshi lingers. However, it is not that strong and wears off gently. You can't help but exclaim, "Ah, it's so good! The bitterness makes you want another cup of sake. It is easy to drink, but be careful not to drink too much as it is 16 degrees Celsius. It is said that it will change again after some time, so savor it slowly 😋.

I haven't had a capsicum in a year. I bought it about 2 months ago, but now that it's getting hotter, I'm finally drinking it 😏. Still the same mature lemon. A bit more sour this time, I guess!
