The aroma is like muscat and yogurt🍦 and when poured into a glass, the cloudy white colored liquor fizzes 😄. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the sweetness and slight effervescence. It is very easy to drink for a nigori with a refreshing aftertaste. ❗️As everyone says, it is a Calpis soda for adults 🤤. It is very tasty 😋🍶.

Mango🥭 in the mouth? After a clean, fruity mouthfeel, the sweetness and umami spread moderately 😁. It is a sake future, so it tastes reminiscent of Jyushiyo 🤤. The sweetness is strong, but I guess it's covered up by the sharpness, it doesn't leave any residue on the palate 😀. Very tasty 🤤🍶🍶.

I felt the rich umami and a little sourness that only a sake brewed with a traditional sake yeast yeast stock can give. ❗️ The alcohol content was 15.5, but I felt it might be a little higher 🍶It is very delicious 🤤🍶.

Taiyomori is the pride of Niigata Murakami's sake brewery, Taiyo Shuzo. The brewery is also home to the Musou, Shikumo, and Hokusho brands 🍶. It was moderately fruity and had a gorgeous aroma 😊. When I drank it, it was light and dry, typical of Niigata. It has a refreshing taste with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity 🍶. It is light and has a perfect aftertaste, so it will go well with any meal 🤤. Very tasty 😋.

Here is a review of a sake I opened a while ago. It is a "light and dry" sake, as only Niigata sake can be 😏. It is dry but has a fresh mouthfeel with a slight gasiness. It has a good balance of umami and sharpness with a refreshing aftertaste, so I think it would be perfect as a mid-meal drink 🍶. The balance between alcohol and sharpness is exquisite! It was different from any dry sake I have ever had 🤤. Very tasty 🍶.

Yamori is a sake from Higashimurayama, Tokyo. It is one of my favorite brands that I have visited on a brewery tour before🍶. This time it is a summer sake from Yamori. The aroma is fruity, with a gorgeous scent of ginjo. The aroma is fruity, with a gorgeous scent of ginjo and a little bit of pineapple. The mouthfeel is mild, with a spreading umami flavor and a slight gassy feeling. There was some bitterness on the first day, but from the second day on, the sweetness is quite apparent and it is very easy to drink. Very tasty 🍶.

Isojiman is one of my favorite sake that got me hooked on sake. It has a beautifully clear flavor and well-balanced sweetness. Speaking of Isobojiman, the sharp acidity spreads on the palate and leaves a well-balanced bitterness in the aftertaste. As the day goes by, the taste changes to that of muscat. Naturally, it should be paired with side dishes and sashimi. It is very delicious 🍶.
