Isojiman is one of my favorite sake that got me hooked on sake.
It has a beautifully clear flavor and well-balanced sweetness. Speaking of Isobojiman, the sharp acidity spreads on the palate and leaves a well-balanced bitterness in the aftertaste.
As the day goes by, the taste changes to that of muscat.
Naturally, it should be paired with side dishes and sashimi.
It is very delicious 🍶.
