HIROKITaiyomori is the pride of Niigata Murakami's sake brewery, Taiyo Shuzo.
The brewery is also home to the Musou, Shikumo, and Hokusho brands 🍶.
It was moderately fruity and had a gorgeous aroma 😊.
When I drank it, it was light and dry, typical of Niigata. It has a refreshing taste with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity 🍶.
It is light and has a perfect aftertaste, so it will go well with any meal 🤤.
Very tasty 😋.
