Limited edition sake brewed with No. 6 yeast by Aburacho Brewery, which specializes in No. 7 yeast
The flavor has hints of muscat and grapefruit. The carbonation was refreshing and very fresh 😊.
With an alcohol content of 14 degrees, the sake is light and soft with a very umami flavor that is conveyed in the acidity.
It was 500ml so I finished it in an instant.
Very tasty 🍶.
