HIROKIYamori is a sake from Higashimurayama, Tokyo.
It is one of my favorite brands that I have visited on a brewery tour before🍶.
This time it is a summer sake from Yamori. The aroma is fruity, with a gorgeous scent of ginjo. The aroma is fruity, with a gorgeous scent of ginjo and a little bit of pineapple. The mouthfeel is mild, with a spreading umami flavor and a slight gassy feeling.
There was some bitterness on the first day, but from the second day on, the sweetness is quite apparent and it is very easy to drink.
