HIROKIHere is a review of a sake I opened a while ago.
It is a "light and dry" sake, as only Niigata sake can be 😏.
It is dry but has a fresh mouthfeel with a slight gasiness. It has a good balance of umami and sharpness with a refreshing aftertaste, so I think it would be perfect as a mid-meal drink 🍶.
The balance between alcohol and sharpness is exquisite!
It was different from any dry sake I have ever had 🤤.
Very tasty 🍶.
