I bought these last year and kept them at room temperature for a while. The color is a little yellow. The aroma is gorgeous. The taste is not thin, but it's easy to drink. It was stored in not good condition, but this is good! I would like to know many other sake like this.

I had a Kutouryuu Junmai, but it was a little while ago, so my memory is... There is a part that is not so good. It has no habits and is easy to drink. It really seems to enhance the meal without spoiling it. My style of drinking alcohol is to drink a glass or so before going to bed and then go to sleep, rather than with a meal, so can anyone tell me what kind of alcohol would suit this style? Also, I've seen several breweries selling bottles of this size, so I'd like to try a variety.

This sake was purchased at the brewery last year, and has been in production for over a year. When poured into a glass, it has a yellowish color. The aroma is like that of a nutritional drink like Lipovitan D. When you put it in your mouth, it has a sweet and sour taste. It may have changed completely from its fresh state, and it may not be exactly what the brewer intended, but this is totally possible. I have one more bottle of sake that is over a year old, so I'm looking forward to enjoying that one as well.

This is the ordinary sake of Asahi-Masamune that I drank yesterday. It's a regular sake. We bought this one at the brewery. This is 1 gou in a PET bottle. It's very rare. The aroma has a strong impression of alcohol. The color looks a little yellowish. When you put it in your mouth, it is refreshing like water, and the aroma of Masu? The aroma of Masu spreads in the mouth. It doesn't go well with pickled celery, but if you drink it with strong dishes, you can drink it endlessly. This brewery is located in Saitama City (formerly Urawa), Saitama Prefecture, and although I used to work in my hometown, I didn't know about it at all. Even these minor breweries are making good sake, aren't they! I'd like to continue drinking a variety of brands without being picky.

This is a local sake from Fukaya City in Saitama Prefecture, the hometown of the now popular Shibusawa Eiichi. This brewery is almost unknown brand in the whole country, isn't it? There are three other sake breweries in Fukaya City. This Fukaya City is the city next to where I grew up, and it is now the same Fukaya City due to the big merger in Heisei. The preamble has become much longer, but when I poured it into a glass and looked at the color, I could not see any coloration, and it was clear. First of all, alcohol is assertive in the aroma, and there is a good smell of rice behind it. When you put it in your mouth, the alcohol and rice taste are the same as in the aroma. I drank it chilled, but it would definitely be delicious warm. Furthermore, this sake was purchased at the brewery last year and was left at room temperature for a while. I'm sure there are many sakes like this one that don't lose their flavor even after being kept for this long. I'd love to try the other two breweries in Fukaya City.

I didn't know this Hanazumi was a brewery famous for its romaji! I didn't notice it at all when I bought it. I didn't notice it at all when I bought it, but the one-cup bottle of Takeha I drank the day before was delicious, so my expectations were even higher. The color does not seem to have arrived. The aroma is that of rice. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the alcohol, but as the cup goes on, you don't care at all. Since this sake is so delicious, I'm sure that Ro-Man is even better. I want to try more and more One Cups when I enjoy them like this. I have decided to drink one cup a day, so the amount is just right.

This is the second time we've made rice wine. The last time was last year's spring sake. When I poured it into the glass, it seemed to have a strong yellow color. It tasted like the Musashi Tsuru I had before, but without the peculiarities, and I could drink as much as I wanted! There wasn't much to write home about, but I guess that's the kind of sake that only breweries with high technology can make. The alcohol content is also good at this level.

This was also bought last year and was sleeping in the refrigerator. Poured into a glass and the color is yellow because of the time passed. The rice is assertive in the aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the alcohol, but when you combine it with some tzumami, the alcohol disappears quickly. Like Ishizuchi, which I drank the other day, I feel once again that this is the kind of sake that can be enjoyed with food. I felt the danger of being able to drink as much as I want when I combine it with a meal.

I told the liquor store that I wanted something sweet and refreshing, and they recommended this one to me. It's certainly refreshing, but I think I wanted a little more of a light sweetness. And while my preference is for the cleanliness to disappear quickly, it was like the alcohol just swept away the aftertaste. I still have the remaining two bottles at room temperature and in the fridge, so I want to let them sit for a while before enjoying them. It's hard to tell the shop owner what you like. I'm learning a lot!

It was a long time ago, but this is my second bottle of Shinsei after drinking Shinsei Ecru. At that time, I thought it was not my favorite. So I wondered if I would like this one. When I poured it into the glass, the color had a yellowish tinge. It has a faint aroma of cedar and no other noticeable scent. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the same faint aroma of cedar as the aroma, and the first sip is pleasant. After the second sip, it is easy to drink as if you are drinking water with a hint of cedar. If the Buko Masamune Barrel Sake I drank the other day was a forest bath, this one feels like a walk along a stream running along the edge of a forest. At any rate, I was very impressed, and now that I have some Amaneko at home, I'm really looking forward to that one too!

I've been curious about doburoku since it was featured in various media. Compared to muddy sake, the amount of rice grains is completely different. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel it sizzling. As for the taste, as the name implies, it's all about the acidity. It's a different type of acid from fruit, and it's from fermentation. From my personal taste, I think it would be better if it had a little more sweetness. Seems like they're trying a lot of new things, so I'm curious to see what the future holds for this sake!

Ozeki One Cup Junmai Nigorizake. I've had this sake before, but I have a few bottles in the fridge and this is one of them. I wondered if the taste would be affected by leaving it in the fridge for a while, but it seemed to be on the right track. The sweetness isn't overpowering, it's clean and sweet, and the texture is smooth, like you're backing sake lees with a clean sweet sake. The alcohol content is also low, so you can feel the alcohol slightly as it goes down your throat. I have a few more bottles in the fridge, so I'll open them as the season progresses and enjoy the maturing process.

This is Amago no Tsuki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake. This sake, like the others, I bought last year and let it sit for a while. I believe I bought it in the summer, but the year of production is listed as 2019.12. When poured into a glass, the color looks greenish, but is it yellow? I can't count on myself. The aroma is quite mellow, but I can't tell you what it is. I can't answer that. When I put it in my mouth, I feel the sourness first, and then the sweetness from the rice. I wondered if it was already ruined. I thought it might have gone bad, but it was delicious. When I bought and drank Amago no Tsuki's Special Honjozo in Hiroshima before, I had the impression that it was very good, so I would like to try the other brands as well. Last year I bought a lot of sake and didn't drink it for some reason, so this year I'm planning to mix it up a bit. However, I'm not a very strong drinker, and I've decided to drink only one glass a day, so I'm not making any progress... As long as there's still some left over from last year, I'm not allowed to drink any raw sake!

This is Honjozo barrel sake of Buko Masamune in Chichibu city, Saitama prefecture. I personally have a strong image of Chichibu, "Buko Masamune", "Chichibu Nishiki", "Night Festival". The sake that I bought in a set with this one seemed to be orthodox, but what about this one? When poured into a glass, it is clear and clean. The aroma is not so assertive. In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness derived from the rice, and the aroma of cedar flows comfortably. The aftertaste is refreshing and the cedar aroma doesn't linger, making it feel like you're taking a deep breath in the forest. I like this kind of sake.

I bought this sake because I thought it would make a good hot water container for drinking hot sake when camping. When I poured it into the glass, it looked yellow and aged, although it is called "undiluted sake". The aroma was strongly alcoholic. When I put it in my mouth, I felt the alcohol was strong at first and felt the sweetness of the rice. As I continued to drink, the alcohol feeling faded and the drink became mellow. However, I felt the effect of the alcohol on my body was strong. I think it would be better to drink it after having a beer or something first, or maybe it would be better to warm it up.

This is the one I bought last fall. Drinking autumn sake in spring... But I bought it because Kankiku was a hot topic on the net. When you pour it into a glass, you can see the color is yellow. The aroma is calm and the alcohol feeling is moderate. When you put it in your mouth, it is mellow and you don't feel the alcohol at all. It is sweet and refreshing, and if you don't decide on the amount, you can drink as much as you want. I would like to try the other brands as well.

I'm sorry to post this after a bit of time has passed. This liquor, like most of my liquors, has been sitting in the fridge for almost a year. The color was quite yellowish and the aroma was gorgeous, I think. When you put it in your mouth, it feels carbonated? Sourness? I can't judge if it's carbonation or acidity, but I can feel the stimulation on my tongue. I also felt a bitter taste in the back of my cheek pouch. I feel a bitterness or astringency in the back of my cheek pouch. And as a whole, I felt sweetness. I felt the sweetness. I had an impression that it was different from the sake I've been drinking. I would like to try it fresh in the future.

This sake has also been stored in the refrigerator for a long time. When poured into a glass, it looks yellowish. The aroma is quite strong. When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong sweetness and a thick texture. The alcohol content is a little high at 16-17%, so for me who is weak in alcohol, it would be better if it was a little lower. The aftertaste has a nice sweetness that lingers on the tongue and disappears quickly. I like this sake very much. I may not be able to drink it in quantity because of the strong alcohol and sweetness, but now I have another brand to try!
