Bukomasamune本醸造 秩父 樽酒
まことん
This is Honjozo barrel sake of Buko Masamune in Chichibu city, Saitama prefecture. I personally have a strong image of Chichibu, "Buko Masamune", "Chichibu Nishiki", "Night Festival". The sake that I bought in a set with this one seemed to be orthodox, but what about this one?
When poured into a glass, it is clear and clean. The aroma is not so assertive.
In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness derived from the rice, and the aroma of cedar flows comfortably.
The aftertaste is refreshing and the cedar aroma doesn't linger, making it feel like you're taking a deep breath in the forest.
I like this kind of sake.
