This is the ordinary sake of Asahi-Masamune that I drank yesterday. It's a regular sake.
We bought this one at the brewery. This is 1 gou in a PET bottle. It's very rare.
The aroma has a strong impression of alcohol. The color looks a little yellowish.
When you put it in your mouth, it is refreshing like water, and the aroma of Masu? The aroma of Masu spreads in the mouth.
It doesn't go well with pickled celery, but if you drink it with strong dishes, you can drink it endlessly.
This brewery is located in Saitama City (formerly Urawa), Saitama Prefecture, and although I used to work in my hometown, I didn't know about it at all. Even these minor breweries are making good sake, aren't they! I'd like to continue drinking a variety of brands without being picky.
