This sake was purchased during a trip to Hokkaido last year. The refrigerator was full, so I kept it at room temperature for a few months. When I poured it into a glass, it looked greenish, is that right? I don't know what to say about the aroma. (If you get used to it, you can say it's like 00?). When you take a sip, the aftertaste disappears quickly, and it's a very crisp sake. I love this kind of refreshing sake. I still have some Kamikawa Daisetsu that I received as a hometown tax payment, so I can't stop looking forward to it!

I bought it because it was talked about on the Internet. I was lucky to find it in the supermarket by chance, but I got it at a premium price of about 2000 yen. The first day I opened the bottle, I thought it was a bit too much. I don't know if it's because of my condition or what, but it's a delicious sake. I figured it would be really good with a meal!

This liquor has been sitting in my refrigerator for almost a year. I need to increase the pace of consumption because there are other similar alcoholic beverages. The essential aroma is fruity. The color is yellow. You can feel the juiciness in your mouth. However, it has a sweetness. Is this the kind of sweetness? At first, it's not a problem at all, but I'm getting tired of drinking it. I wanted to drink it while it was still fresh!

This sake is not on the internet much, but it was delicious. When poured into a glass it is clear and watery. The aroma is not very strong. When you put it in your mouth, it is soft and slippery, and it goes down your throat.

Poured into a glass, it feels green and fresh. The aroma is nothing to write home about, probably because the temperature was too low. When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet and sour and thick and the liquid feels torrid. I wondered what this sweet and sour taste was. The first thing I thought of was pineapple, but it's something different. I don't have the vocabulary and I've never eaten anything fancy, so it's hard to say, but is it a tropical, thick, juicy kind of fruit? I couldn't see any bubbles, but I could feel the fizz because it tingled on my tongue.

I bought it and drank it because it's something I've been hearing a lot about lately. It's almost the same as what everyone else is saying, but it's a sake that you won't get tired of drinking. I tend to find Junmai Ginjo a bit stubborn, but this one doesn't have that. Also, the aroma is like sweet steamed rice to me. I didn't get much of a bubbling sensation, but I wonder if the tingling on the tongue is from the bubbling. If so, I learned a thing or two!

First of all, the aroma has a nice rice aroma. In the mouth, it's a nice trot and the sweetness of the rice spreads in the mouth. When you swallow it, the astringency? I got a sense of ego, but the trogginess and sweetness disappeared quickly. We drank about one cup of this in a two-part bottle and intended to drink it later, but we drank all of it. I'm sure it tastes even better when it's warmed up. This sake is a souvenir of our summer trip to Hiroshima, so we want to repeat drinking it again.

It is Yamada Nishiki. I bought this sake in February 2020 and left it in the refrigerator. It has a yellowish color. The aroma was very gorgeous, but I didn't get the pineapple taste like the Junmai Daiginjo I had before. It was sweet and tingling on the tongue, and I wonder if this tingling sensation came from the acidity? It's very tasty with a flavorful feel to it, but I felt that if it was more refreshing, it would lead to the next sip. I'm sure it would be totally different if I drank it in its fresh stage. I have a bad habit of buying one drink after another, so I'm thinking today that I should try to avoid drinking it unpasteurized.

This is the sake I drank yesterday. This is a brewery in Ogawamachi, Saitama Prefecture, where my parents live. This brewery is very particular about a lot of things, and they have even built a winery. The rice used for this sake is also very particular, and it is a new type of rice discovered from the rice that is dedicated to Ise Shrine. I read on the internet that Kimoto has a yellowish color and that it has a strong peculiar taste, so I took a drink, but it was easy to drink without any peculiarity. It has a high alcohol content of 19%, but it is not too alcoholic, so it is really easy to drink and dangerous. It's not too strong in terms of alcohol content, but it's really easy to drink and dangerous.

It's the spring sake from Tazake... I got it yesterday, when autumn was in sight and hiyaoroshi was being shipped. The liquid color is a little yellow because of the age of the drink. The taste was also described as fruity in some reviews, but I didn't find it very fruity. I don't know how to describe it in my mouth, but it felt like something heavier than water was in my mouth (sorry for the poor description. I've felt this with other alcoholic beverages as well, and I wonder if this is related to the specific gravity?) Personally, it's a dangerous drink for me because I've been drinking more and more. It's hard to describe alcohol. I have to drink more and more so that I can improve my experience.

This is an Alzoe Daiginjo with no wind. It's a long time ago, but I bought it in Gifu when I went to Aichi Prefecture. Is it a little yellowish? When I tried it, the label says it's gorgeous, but I don't find it very glamorous. However, it is very good for me and I can drink it easily. Despite the high alcohol content, I drank more than I thought I would. The alcohol level is also higher than I thought it would be. I would like to find out what I like by trying different brands.

My first time in Shinsei. We had an ecru. This Shinsei was bought quite a while ago. I'm sure it's different from the one I just bought? I don't know if it was from the acid or the foam, but it was a tingling sensation on my tongue. I'm sure it felt more like a meal going on while eating a knob than drinking this on its own. I would definitely like to try more and more of the other Shinsei drinks.

This sake was purchased at the brewery. It has a slightly yellowish color, and the aroma in the wine glass is hard to describe, but it smells like cooked rice. When I sniffed the aroma in a wine glass, I couldn't describe it well, but it smelled like cooked rice. I can't really describe it, but it smelled like cooked rice and I wondered if there was alcohol in it. I'm a newbie, so I don't know what to think, but I'm sure this is the type of sake that would be best served warmed up. The rest of it might be good to warm up (but it's the middle of summer and it's too hot, so what do you think?) But it's definitely a good drink!

It is a honjozo of Takegong Masamune. I bought it at the brewery. The first sip is sloppy. It has a strong alcohol flavor. It's delicious, but I thought it was too hard for me to drink it by itself. I'd like to be a cool uncle who can say that this is the best stand-alone drink I've ever had. I still have a lot to learn.

I bought a cheapest regular sake at the brewery for about 200 yen per bottle. The impression we got when we drank it was that this is the kind of sake made of rice. We felt we should drink it after drinking some more things to understand how good it is. We would like to buy it again when we pass by the brewery, as it's probably not available in most liquor stores.
