This sake was purchased during a trip to Hokkaido last year. The refrigerator was full, so I kept it at room temperature for a few months.
When I poured it into a glass, it looked greenish, is that right?
I don't know what to say about the aroma. (If you get used to it, you can say it's like 00?).
When you take a sip, the aftertaste disappears quickly, and it's a very crisp sake.
I love this kind of refreshing sake.
I still have some Kamikawa Daisetsu that I received as a hometown tax payment, so I can't stop looking forward to it!
