Rice, rice malt, brewing alcohol ヒラッチョIt is the only sake brewery in the former Urawa City in Saitama City.
It is said that recently, they are no longer producing their own sake, but are instead outsourcing it to a contract manufacturer.
It is a very ordinary sake.
Today I went to Lotte Urawa Stadium in Musashi Urawa to watch an official farm game. Lotte vs Rakuten.
There were only a few seats and we had to stand, but the ground was close enough to feel the presence of the game.
It was good to see players associated with Saitama High School Baseball (Kaneda of Lotte and Yoshino of Rakuten) play. おわたR4.4 stuff is now R5.1.18.

Old-fashioned crisp sake ヒラッチョAsahi Masamune by Uchiki Shuzo.
The most local sake, given the current address.
This may be the first time for me to drink a standard Honjozo.
Surprisingly flavorful drink. おわたDelicious, R4.7 stuff for a 20221116 bold lunch, 100 yen up with a liver sucker.
About 5,300 yen for a 4-goupe bottle? そうたんUchiki Sake Brewery, a local sake brewery.
I happened to be passing by and stopped by.
When I got home, I googled the name of the brewery and was shocked to find out that they had stopped manufacturing their own sake.
The company's website said that they had decided to stop producing their own sake and would be outsourcing the production from now on.
The sake I got was apparently made by the company itself.
Founded in 1776, Asahi Masamune is a brand name for sake as refreshing as the morning sun and a wish for business prosperity.
I took a sip of the cold sake while thinking about Uchiki Shuzo's more than 200 years of history.
Mmmm, it's spicy!
It is a dry sake with a traditional, robust flavor.
No wonder they recommend heating it up. After a while, when the glass is lukewarm, it is much easier to drink than the first sip.
Uchiki Shuzo has been making sake that never goes out of style.
What direction will the brewery take in the future?
Let's drink the rest of the sake heated. gon78773 2004/3

This is delicious except for 👍 埼玉大宮Sweet and mellow. Really cold recommendation? ヒラッチョUrawa, the capital of Saitama Prefecture, is famous for eel.
We eat unagi only once or twice a year, but it is our favorite food.
We eat it on the first day of the four consecutive holidays. It's made with Asahi Masamune sake from Uchiki Shuzo, a sake brewery in Saitama City.
It's not particularly delicious, but it's a smooth, unpasteurized sake, and considering the situation of eating unagi in Urawa, it's a good enough sake. 休肝鳥Good evening, Mr. Hirakucho😃.
I'm sure the eel will be better than the sake ❗ A205X253Hi Hilacchio, good evening 🎶Soba and eel are the best entrées today 👍Both are my favorite 😋Have a great holiday😊! まりぽんぬHi Hilacho, good evening ⭐️!
Manda na 😍 I haven't been there for over 10 years, even though I go by the front all year round 💦 ♡ I didn't react to the sake, I reacted to the restaurant & eel 💦 sorry 😅. ヒラッチョGood evening, resting bird😊.
The eels were poo-pooed!
I've been working for the company for 20 years and they gave me a reward, so my wife and son coerced me into it. I'm sure you'll be happy to hear that. ヒラッチョA205X253, good evening😊.
Soba and eel are both good👍.
We had a lunch drink at a soba restaurant and then an eel restaurant in the evening.
It was a good day for me personally and for my family👍. ヒラッチョMariponu, good evening😊.
Thank you for your response to my area story.
I'd like to thank you for your response to my area story. 遥瑛チチHi Hilacchio,Good evening🌆
Soba noodles for lunch and eel for dinner❗️What a luxury ministry!
I'm sorry to hear that 🤗
How was it with the Asahi Masamune❓ ヒラッチョspeech, good evening😊.
Soba, edamame, eel and liver sucking was a day that I enjoyed👍.
I'm sure you'll love it. I think it is the representative sake of Niigata.
Asahi Masamune is a very ordinary sake👍. ヒラッチョHaruei Chichi, good evening😊.
Today, from watching high school baseball ⚾️ & drinking lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant, I enjoyed myself as I wanted at an eel restaurant in the evening. m(_ _)m
Asahi Masamune is a very ordinary sake and I respected it as a local brewery. tkmtsAsahi Masamune Special Junmai
I've heard that there's nothing wrong with special junmai, but this might be a tough one to beat😅.
I think the label design is nice.
I like the classic look.
But it's really Showa taste.
It tastes like a regular sake⁉️.
The pop-up at the liquor store says it can be served cold, at room temperature, or hot, but I can't drink it unless it's lukewarm or hotter.
It's got a messy taste and an unpleasant sourness.
It's old-fashioned sake.
I wasn't expecting much from a sake from Saitama City, but I guess I was right.
I think it's better to drink it as a midday sake.
I recommend pairing it with hot food. マナチーGood evening tkmt, ️messy taste and unpleasant acidity, sounds like it's not easy to drink 😂. 休肝鳥I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you. ボス🦅Nice to meet you tkmt! That was a difficult drink 😅 but nice advice, picking up the good points ❗ I'll be referring to this 🦅. tkmtsGood evening, Mr. Manachie. ♪
I'm at a level where I can't drink. 😅
If it says "almighty" I'll expect it to be 💧
It's even harder when it's a bottle😭.
I want to confront the five girls tkmtsHi resting bird, good evening ministry!
Is there ever a time like that😭?
I think I'm going to drink something, but in the meantime, I'm going to search for a recipe that uses a lot of cooking sake❗️ lol Maa.Good evening, tkmt. ♪
Yes, you're right. Some things just don't fit for sure 😅.
I've been a believer in special junmai as well, so I'm a little disappointed (lol) tkmtsThank you, boss 🦅 😀.
It tasted like the old fashioned way.
Some people may like it, but it's not for everyone 😅.
I'd like to get over this by pairing it with something else, so I'll try some oden in the summer. tkmtsMaa. you're right about the ministry️.
That's where the ministry ️is disappointing😭.
I guess the recent Tokujun is too good, but it felt like the Tokujun from over 20 years ago.
I need to find a special junmai that will heal me😊. まことんThis is the ordinary sake of Asahi-Masamune that I drank yesterday. It's a regular sake.
We bought this one at the brewery. This is 1 gou in a PET bottle. It's very rare.
The aroma has a strong impression of alcohol. The color looks a little yellowish.
When you put it in your mouth, it is refreshing like water, and the aroma of Masu? The aroma of Masu spreads in the mouth.
It doesn't go well with pickled celery, but if you drink it with strong dishes, you can drink it endlessly.
This brewery is located in Saitama City (formerly Urawa), Saitama Prefecture, and although I used to work in my hometown, I didn't know about it at all. Even these minor breweries are making good sake, aren't they! I'd like to continue drinking a variety of brands without being picky. 駄々茶坊主It is a little spicy at first, but the richness spreads in the mouth, and the throat is gentle.

I tried drinking it cold while picking up some octopus crackers, but it felt a bit scratchy. I'm not sure if this is what is called "spicy". Does it go better as a hot drink? あーとまんSaitama Junmai Bindings 4th stage
